도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 유기 발광 표시 장치를 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 유기 발광 표시 장치를 나타낸 단면도이다.
Claims (9)
- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 위치하는 제1 전극, 유기 발광층 및 제2 전극을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자;
상기 제1 전극으로 공급되는 제1 전원을 온 및 오프하며, 징크 산화물(ZnO)을 가지는 제1 액티브층을 포함하는 구동 박막 트랜지스터;
상기 기판과 상기 유기 발광층 사이에 위치하며, 상기 유기 발광층으로부터 발광된 빛을 센싱하는 제2 액티브층을 포함하는 포토 센서; 및
상기 포토 센서가 센싱한 상기 빛의 세기에 따라 상기 제1 전원 및 상기 제2 전극으로 공급되는 제2 전원 중 하나 이상을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하며,
상기 포토 센서는,
상기 제2 액티브층의 양단 각각에 접촉되어 있는 센서 입력단 및 센서 출력단; 및
상기 센서 입력단과 연결되어 있는 센싱 박막 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 제2 액티브층은 비정질 실리콘을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제2항에서,
상기 구동 박막 트랜지스터를 제어하는 제3 전원을 온 및 오프하며, 제3 액티브층을 포함하는 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 제3 액티브층은 상기 제1 액티브층과 동일한 물질로 형성되는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 제3 액티브층은 상기 제2 액티브층과 동일한 물질로 형성되는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 제2 액티브층과 상기 기판 사이에 위치하는 광 차단층을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제7항에서,
상기 광 차단층은 상기 제2 액티브층과 접하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제7항에서,
상기 광 차단층은 티타늄 질화물(TiNx) 및 알루미늄 질화물(AlNx) 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
