Claims (9)
- 아크릴로니트릴(Acrylonitrile)을 15 몰%로 포함하는 수소화된 니트릴부타디엔 러버(Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber, HNBR)를 포함하고,
상기 수소화된 니트릴부타디엔 러버는 수소포화도가 88 %인 내한성이 향상된 오일씰 고무 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수소화된 니트릴부타디엔 러버 100 중량부에 대하여,
카본블랙 35 내지 45 중량부를 더 포함하는 내한성이 향상된 오일씰 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수소화된 니트릴부타디엔 러버 100 중량부에 대하여,
황 1 내지 2 중량부; 및
N-사이클헥실벤조티오졸-2-설펜아마이드(N-cyclehexylbenzothiozole-2-sulfenamide, CZ) 1 내지 2 중량부를 더 포함하는 내한성이 향상된 오일씰 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수소화된 니트릴부타디엔 러버 100 중량부에 대하여,
산화아연 및 스테아르산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 1 내지 6 중량부로 더 포함하는 내한성이 향상된 오일씰 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수소화된 니트릴부타디엔 러버 100 중량부에 대하여
N-페닐-N'-이소프로필-p-페닐디아민(N-phenyl-N'-isopropyl-p-phenlydiamine, 3C) 및 2-마크라토벤질이미드(2-Mcraptobenzimidazole, MB)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 1 내지 2 중량부로 더 포함하는 내한성이 향상된 오일씰 고무 조성물.
- 아크릴로니트릴(Acrylonitrile)을 15 몰%로 포함하고, 수소포화도가 88 %인 수소화된 니트릴부타디엔 러버(HNBR; Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber)를 100 중량부;
카본블랙을 35 내지 45 중량부;
황을 1 내지 2 중량부;
N-사이클헥실벤조티오졸-2-설펜아마이드(N-cyclehexylbenzothiozole-2-sulfenamide, CZ)를 1 내지 2 중량부;
산화아연 및 스테아르산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 1 내지 6 중량부; 및
N-페닐-N'-이소프로필-p-페닐디아민(N-phenyl-N'-isopropyl-p-phenlydiamine, 3C) 및 2-마크라토벤질이미드(2-Mcraptobenzimidazole, MB)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 1 내지 2 중량부로 혼합하는 내한성이 향상된 오일씰 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 수소화된 니트릴부타디엔 러버는 아크릴로니트릴과 부타디엔을 40 내지 60 ℃에서 40 내지 60 RPM으로 교반하며 공중합시킨 것인 내한성이 향상된 오일씰 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 수소화된 니트릴부타디엔 러버는 팔라듐 촉매의 존재 하에서 니트릴부타디엔 러버(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber, NBR)에 수소를 첨가하여 제조한 것인 내한성이 향상된 오일씰 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
