도 2는 본 발명에 따른 차량의 발진 제어방법의 실시예를 도시한 순서도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따라 로우패스필터를 통해 노미널 클러치토크를 계산하는 예를 설명한 블록도,
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 노미널 클러치토크로부터 엔진상태에 따른 피드백제어량을 감산하여 최종클러치토크를 산출하는 예를 설명한 블록도,
도 5는 본 발명 제어방법에 따른 시험 결과를 도시한 그래프,
도 6은 본 발명 제어방법에 따른 시험 결과를 도시한 것으로서 엔진상태에 따른 피드백제어량을 감산한 경우를 설명한 그래프,
도 7은 종래 발진중 반복적인 가속페달 조작 및 해제에 따라 엔진 플레어가 발생하는 상황을 설명한 그래프,

Claims (7)
- 발진제어 중 운전자가 가속페달을 놓으면, 컨트롤러에 의해 엔진토크가 클러치토크보다 작아질 때까지 클러치토크를 유지하는 클러치홀드단계와;
상기 클러치홀드단계 이후, 상기 컨트롤러에 의해 엔진토크가 클러치토크보다 작아지는 시점의 목표크립토크와 클러치토크의 차이에 따른 클러치토크 해제속도에 대한 시상수를 결정하는 시상수결정단계와;
상기 컨트롤러가 상기 시상수결정단계의 시상수와 상기 엔진토크가 클러치토크보다 작아지는 시점의 목표크립토크를 입력으로 하고 노미널 클러치토크를 출력으로 하는 로우패스필터로 처리하는 필터처리단계와;
상기 컨트롤러가 상기 노미널 클러치토크를 이용하여 클러치를 제어하는 클러치제어단계;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 발진 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 시상수결정단계의 시상수는, 목표크립토크와 클러치토크의 차이에 따른 시상수의 맵으로부터 결정되며, 상기 맵은 상기 목표크립토크와 클러치토크의 차이가 클수록 시상수를 크게 설정하여 클러치토크가 상대적으로 천천히 해제됨에 의해 충격을 방지하도록 하고, 상기 목표크립토크와 클러치토크의 차이가 작을수록 시상수를 작게 설정하여 클러치토크가 상대적으로 신속히 해제됨에 의해 클러치의 해제지연이 방지되어 신속한 제어가 이루어질 수 있도록 된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 발진 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 필터처리단계에 의해 노미널 클러치토크를 산출한 이후, 상기 클러치제어단계 이전에, 상기 컨트롤러는 엔진속도가 목표엔진아이들속도보다 작거나 엔진속도변화량이 목표엔진속도변화량보다 큰지를 판단하는 엔진상태판단단계를 더 수행하고;
상기 엔진상태판단단계 수행결과, 엔진속도가 목표엔진아이들속도보다 작거나 엔진속도변화량이 목표엔진속도변화량보다 큰 경우, 상기 노미널 클러치토크로부터 엔진 상태에 따른 피드백제어량을 감산하여 최종클러치토크를 산출하는 최종값산출단계를 더 수행하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 발진 제어방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 최종값산출단계에서의 상기 엔진 상태에 따른 피드백 제어량은 엔진 아이들 속도와 엔진속도 사이의 차이와, 목표엔진속도변화량과 엔진속도변화량의 차이에 따라 결정되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 발진 제어방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 최종값산출단계에서의 상기 엔진 상태에 따른 피드백 제어량은 엔진 아이들 속도와 엔진속도 사이의 차이에 게인을 곱한 것과, 목표엔진속도변화량과 엔진속도변화량의 차이에 게인을 곱한 것을 더하여 구하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 발진 제어방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 필터처리단계로부터 상기 클러치제어단계까지는 상기 최종클러치토크가 상기 목표크립토크와 같아질 때까지 반복하여 수행하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 발진 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는 클러치액츄에이터를 통하여 상기 클러치를 제어하는 것
