Claims (12)
- 점성 화합물인 구성물들에 대한 동적 혼합기(1)에 있어서, 혼합 튜브(2) 및, 그 안에 배열되는 구동 로터(3)로서, 그 제1 단부(20)에서 상기 구성물들에 대한 두 개 이상의 유입 개구들(23, 24)을 갖는 단부 벽(22)을 포함하는 구동 로터(3), 및 그 다른 단부에서 혼합물에 대한 배출 개구(21)을 포함하되, 상기 로터(3)는 상기 단부 벽(22)에 대면하는 하나 이상의 포획 요소(33)를 갖는 로터 디스크(32), 및 상기 단부 벽(22)으로부터 이격된 로터 디스크(32)의 측면을 향해 상기 구성물들이 통과하여 지나가는 하나 이상의 로터 디스크 개구(24)를 포함하고, 하나 이상의 혼합 요소(36)가 로터 디스크(32) 및 상기 혼합 튜브(2)의 배출 개구(21) 사이의 로터 허브(31) 상에 배열되되,
하나 이상의 돌출 핀(26)이 상기 단부 벽(22) 상에서 상기 로터 디스크(32)를 향해 배열되고, 상기 하나 이상의 포획 요소(33)는 하나 이상의 핀(26)에 대한 하나 이상의 침강부(38)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동적 혼합기. - 제1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 핀(26)은 상기 단부 벽(22)으로부터 상기 로터 디스크(32)까지의 길이의 적어도 2/3인 길이를 갖거나, 또는 상기 하나 이상의 핀(26)은 상기 로터 디스크(32)까지 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동적 혼합기.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 로터 디스크(32)의 하나 이상의 포획 요소(33)의 높이 및 상기 하나 이상의 핀(26)의 길이는 실질적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는, 동적 혼합기.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 단부 벽(22) 및 상기 로터 디스크(32) 사이의 이격 거리는 상기 혼합 튜브(2)의 전체 길이의 5% 이상인것을 특징으로 하는, 동적 혼합기.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 복수의 핀(26)이 상기 단부 벽(22) 상에 제공되고, 상기 복수의 핀들(26) 또는 하나 이상의 핀들(26)의 그룹이 각각 상기 로터(3)의 축(90)으로부터 동일한 거리로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동적 혼합기.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 핀(26)은, 상기 로터(3)의 회전 방향으로 볼 때, 더 큰, 제1 유입 개구(23) 및 더 작은, 제2 유입 개구(24) 사이에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동적 혼합기.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 포획 요소(33)의 단부는 상기 로터(3)의 축(90)으로부터 이격되며 회전 방향(91)으로 만곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동적 혼합기.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 로터 디스크 개구(34)는 반경 방향의 슬롯(slot)이고, 상기 단부 벽(22)로부터 이격된 상기 로터 디스크(32)의 측면 상에, 하나 이상의 아암(35)이 상기 하나 이상의 슬롯과 동일평면 상에서 상기 로터 허브(31) 상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동적 혼합기.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 복수의 혼합 요소(36)이 제공되고 상기 복수의 혼합 요소들(36)은 상기 로터(3)의 축(90)의 축 방향으로 이격되는 복수의 혼합 요소 그룹들(37) 내에 배열되고, 혼합 요소 그룹(37)의 혼합 요소들(36)은 상기 로터(3)의 축(90)에 대해 수직한 평면 내에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동적 혼합기.
- 제9 항에 있어서, 편향 요소(41)가 혼합 요소 그룹(37) 내에 제공되고, 상기 편향 요소(41)는 두 개의 인접하는 혼합 요소들(36) 사이의 연결 표면이고 이러한 혼합 요소들(36) 사이의 자유 표면이 더 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동적 혼합기.
- 상기 점성 화합물인 구성물들은 치과용 인상 화합물인 구성물들인, 제1 항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 동적 혼합기의 사용 방법.
- 제11 항에 있어서, 상기 치과용 인상 화합물은 제1 구성물로서 기초 페이스트 및 제2 구성물로서 촉매 페이스트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 사용 방법.
