Claims (7)
- 다시 뚜껑을 닫을 수 있는 덮개부를 갖는 용기에 충전된 가스압이 2.0∼5.0 ㎏/㎠ 인 탄산 음료로서,
메타인산나트륨 및/또는 폴리인산나트륨의 농도가 50 ppm 이상 2000 ppm 미만이고, 벤조산염을 포함하지 않거나, 또는 100 ppm 이하의 벤조산을 포함하는, 탄산 음료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
고감미도 감미료를 포함하는 탄산 음료. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
음료의 pH 가 2.0 ∼ 4.5 인 탄산 음료. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
음료 총 중량에 대한 과즙의 비율이 5 중량% 미만이거나, 무과즙인, 탄산 음료. - 삭제
- 벤조산염을 포함하지 않거나, 100 ppm 이하의 벤조산을 포함하고, 가스압이 2.0 ∼ 5.0 ㎏/㎠ 인 탄산 음료의 제조 방법으로서,
메타인산나트륨 및/또는 폴리인산나트륨을 50 ppm 이상 2000 ppm 미만의 농도가 되도록 용해한 액을 조제하는 공정과,
조제한 액을 다시 뚜껑을 닫을 수 있는 덮개부를 갖는 용기에 충전시키는 공정을 포함하는 제조 방법. - 삭제
