도 2는 3점 굽힘 프레스의 방법을 설명하는 개략도이다.
도 3은 11회의 3점 굽힘 프레스로 성형한 12의 미변형부를 갖는 소관을, 12개의 확관 공구를 이용하여 확관하는 강관 A(발명예)를 설명하는 개략도이다.
도 4는 19회의 3점 굽힘 프레스로 성형한 20의 미변형부를 갖는 소관을, 10개의 확관 공구를 이용하여 확관하는 강관 B(발명예)를 설명하는 개략도이다.
도 5는 11회의 3점 굽힘 프레스로 성형한 12의 미변형부를 갖는 소관을, 12개의 확관 공구를 이용하여 확관하는 강관 D(비교예)를 설명하는 개략도이다.
도 6은 11회의 3점 굽힘 프레스를 행한 소관을, 10개의 확관 공구를 이용하여 확관하는 강관 G(비교예)를 설명하는 개략도이다.

Claims (2)
- 가장자리 굽힘을 부여한 강판을, 폭방향으로 복수회의 3점 굽힘 프레스를 행하여 원통 형상으로 성형하고, 맞댐부를 용접하여 소관(素管; non-expanded pipe)으로 형성한 후, 상기 소관의 내부에 복수개의 확관 공구를 구비한 확관 장치를 삽입하고, 확관하여 강관을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 확관 공구를, 3점 굽힘 프레스에 있어서의 미변형부의 모든 부위에 맞닿게 하여 확관하며,
상기 3점 굽힘 프레스의 횟수를, 상기 확관 공구의 개수를 N으로 할 때, (aN-1)회(a는 1, 2 등의 정수)로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강관의 제조 방법. - 삭제
