Claims (21)
- 완전 원유 공급스트림이 미리결정된 최대 온도로 로에서 가열되는, 지연 코킹 유닛에서 완전 원유의 열분해를 위한 지연 코킹 공정에 있어서, 상기 공정은:
a. 36℃ 내지 565℃ 범위의 비등점을 갖고, 12 내지 16 중량 퍼센트 (w%) 범위에서 수소 함량을 갖는 경질 분획을 함유하는 완전 원유 공급스트림을 제공하는 단계;
b. 상기 완전 원유 공급스트림과 균질한 유-용성 촉매를 혼합시키는 단계;
c. 상기 완전 원유 및 균질한 유-용성 촉매 공급스트림을 480℃ 내지 530℃ 범위의 코킹 온도로 로에서 가열시키는 단계;
d. 상기 가열된 완전 원유 및 균질한 유-용성 촉매 공급스트림을 지연 코킹 유닛으로 직접 도입시키는 단계;
e. 상기 지연 코킹 유닛으로부터의 가스 및 액체 생성 스트림을 지연 코킹 유닛 분류탑으로 통과시키는 단계;
f. 상기 분류탑으로부터 별개의 사이드 스트림으로 나프타, 경질 가스 오일 및 중질 가스 오일을 회수하는 단계;
g. 상기 중질 가스 오일의 일부를 재순환시키는 단계 및 이를 상기 코킹 유닛 생성 스트림과 함께 상기 분류탑으로 재도입시키는 단계;
h. 상기 분류탑 버텀의 적어도 일부와 상기 완전 원유 공급스트림을 혼합시켜 혼합 공급스트림을 형성하는 혼합 단계; 및
i. 상기 혼합 완전 원유 공급스트림을 상기 로로 도입시키는 단계를 포함하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 지연 코킹 유닛은 두 개의 코킹 드럼을 포함하고, 상기 코킹 유닛은 배치-연속 스윙 모드로 운전하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 완전 원유 공급스트림은 36℃ 내지 370℃ 범위에서 비등하고, 1 내지 60 w%의 저급 비등 성분을 함유하는 경질분획을 함유하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 완전 원유 공급스트림의 1 내지 25 w%는 36℃ 내지 370℃ 범위에서 비등하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 완전 원유 공급스트림의 1 내지 10 w%는 36℃ 내지 370℃ 범위에서 비등하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 완전 원유 공급스트림은 1 내지 90 w%의 경질 분획을 함유하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 완전 원유 공급스트림은 1 내지 50 w%의 경질 분획을 함유하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 완전 원유 공급스트림은 1 내지 25 w%의 경질 분획을 함유하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 완전 원유 공급스트림이 미리결정된 최대 온도로 로에서 가열되는, 지연 코킹 유닛에서 완전 원유의 열분해를 위한 지연 코킹 공정에 있어서, 상기 공정은:
a. 36℃ 내지 565℃ 범위의 초기 비등점을 갖고, 12 내지 16 w% 범위에서 수소 함량을 갖는 경질 분획을 함유하는 완전 원유 공급스트림을 제공하는 단계;
b. 상기 완전 원유 공급스트림과 균질한 유-용성 촉매를 혼합시키는 단계;
c. 상기 완전 원유 및 균질한 유-용성 촉매 공급스트림을 480℃ 내지 530℃ 범위의 코킹 온도로 로에서 가열시키는 단계;
d. 상기 가열된 완전 원유 및 균질한 유-용성 촉매 공급스트림을 지연 코킹 유닛으로 직접 도입시키는 단계;
e. 상기 지연 코킹 유닛으로부터의 가스 및 액체 생성 스트림을 플래시 유닛으로 통과시키는 단계;
f. 상기 플래시 유닛으로부터 H2S, NH3 및 C1 내지 C4 탄화수소를 포함하는 경질 생성 가스 스트림을 회수하는 단계;
g. 상기 플래시 유닛으로부터 버텀을 지연 코킹 유닛 생성 분류탑으로 이송시키는 단계;
h. 상기 분류탑으로부터 별개의 사이드 스트림으로 나프타, 경질 가스 오일 및 중질 가스 오일을 회수하는 단계;
i. 상기 중질 가스 오일을 재순환시키는 단계 및 이를 상기 플래시 유닛으로부터의 버텀과 함께 상기 분류탑으로 도입시키는 단계;
j. 상기 분류탑 버텀의 적어도 일부와 상기 완전 원유 공급스트림을 혼합시켜 혼합 완전 원유 공급스트림을 형성하는 혼합 단계; 및
k. 상기 혼합 완전 원유 공급스트림을 상기 로에 도입시키는 단계를 포함하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 균질한 유-용성 촉매는 주기율표의 IVB, VB, VI, VII, 및 VIIIB 족 금속의 유기-금속 복합체의 산화물, 황화물 및 염으로부터 선택되는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 몰리브덴, 바나듐, 텅스텐, 크롬 또는 철을 함유하는 유기-금속 화합물 또는 유기산 염으로부터 유래된 전이금속-계 화합물인 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 오산화 바나듐, 몰리브덴 지환족 및 지방족 카르복실산, 몰리브덴 나프테네이트, 니켈 2-에틸헥사노에이트, 철 펜타카르보닐, 몰리브덴 2-에틸 헥사노에이트, 몰리브덴 디-티오카르복실레이트, 니켈 나프테네이트 및 철 나프테네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 로는 수평관 로인 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 공정은 상기 원유가 가열되기 전에 상기 원유로부터 오물을 제거하고 탈염시키기 위해 상기 완전 원유를 물로 세척시키는 단계를 포함하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 공정은 코킹 드럼에서 오일의 분압을 감소시키기 위해 1 내지 3중량%의 비율로 코킹 로에 증기를 도입시키는 단계를 포함하는 완전 원유의 지연 코킹을 위한 공정.
