Abstract
Description
도 2a는 본 발명에 따른 음극을 양극 및 분리막과 조립하기 전의 양태를 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 2b는 본 발명에 따른 음극을 양극 및 분리막과 조립한 후에 전해액 함침 공간이 형성된 양태를 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 음극, 양극, 분리막 및 전해액을 포함하는 리튬이차전지에 있어서,
상기 음극이 음극 집전체, 및 상기 음극 집전체 상에 코팅되어 있으며 요부(凹部) 형태의 단차가 형성되어 있는 음극 활물질층을 포함하고,
상기 단차가 10 내지 150 ㎛의 깊이, 500 내지 5000 ㎛의 폭 및 100 내지 5000 ㎛의 인접 단차와의 이격 거리를 갖도록 형성되어 있으며,
상기 음극, 양극 및 분리막은 젤리롤 형태의 전극조립체를 구성하고,
상기 단차 폭, 인접 단차와의 이격 거리 또는 이들 둘다가 젤리롤 중심부에서 젤리롤 외곽부로 갈수록 점층적으로 증가하는
리튬이차전지.

상기 단차가 돌기가 설치된 압연 롤로 압연함으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 단차를 통해 전해액을 주입하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
젤리롤 외곽부에 형성된 단차를 통해 전해액을 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지의 제조방법.
