Claims (12)
- 박판 형상의 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체로서,
도전성 섬유와 열경화성 매트릭스 수지로 이루어지는 전자파 차폐 프리프레그와,
비도전성 섬유와 열경화성 매트릭스 수지로 이루어지는 전자파 투과 프리프레그와,
상기 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체의 두께 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 상기 전자파 차폐 프리프레그와 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그가 제 1 접합선을 통해서 접합되어 형성되는 제 1 층과,
상기 제 1 층 상에 형성되며, 상기 접합선의 적어도 일부를 덮도록 배치되는 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그를 갖는 제 2 층과,
상기 두께 방향에 있어서 상기 전자파 차폐 프리프레그를 포함하지 않는 전자파 투과부를 구비하되,
상기 제 1 층을 구성하는 상기 전자파 차폐 프리프레그와 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그의 섬유 배향 방향이 직교하도록 배치되는, 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층이, 상기 두께 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 상기 전자파 차폐 프리프레그와 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그가 제 2 접합선을 통해서 접합되어 형성되어 있고,
상기 제 1 층과 상기 제 2 층이 적층된 상태에 있어서, 상기 제 1 접합선의 양 단부와 상기 제 2 접합선의 양 단부는 서로 동일선 상에 겹치지 않도록 배치되어 있는 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층의 상기 제 1 층과는 반대측에 형성되며, 상기 두께 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 상기 전자파 차폐 프리프레그와 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그가 접합선을 통해서 접합되어 형성되는 제 3 층을 추가로 구비하고,
상기 제 2 층이 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그만으로 형성되는 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전자파 차폐 프리프레그와 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그가 일방향 프리프레그인 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층이 일방향 프리프레그로 구성되고,
인접하는 상기 제 1 층과 상기 제 2 층의 일방향 프리프레그의 섬유 배향 방향이 서로 직교하도록 적층되는 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전자파 차폐 프리프레그가 일방향 프리프레그이며, 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그가 직물 프리프레그인 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 섬유가 탄소 섬유인 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 비도전성 섬유가 유리 섬유인 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
두께가 1.2mm 이하인 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
두께가 0.6mm 이하인 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체. - 도전성 섬유와 열경화성 매트릭스 수지로 이루어지는 전자파 차폐 프리프레그와, 비도전성 섬유와 열경화성 매트릭스 수지로 이루어지는 전자파 투과 프리프레그를 준비하고,
상기 전자파 차폐 프리프레그와 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그를 두께 방향과는 직교하는 방향으로 접합하여 제 1 층을 제작하되, 상기 제 1 층을 구성하는 상기 전자파 차폐 프리프레그와 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그의 섬유 배향 방향이 직교하도록 배치되고,
상기 제 1 층의 상기 전자파 차폐 프리프레그와 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그의 접합선의 적어도 일부를 덮도록 배치된 상기 전자파 투과 프리프레그를 갖는 제 2 층을 상기 제 1 층 상에 형성하여, 상기 제 1 층과 제 2 층을 포함하는 적층체를 형성하고,
상기 적층체를 경화시키는 섬유 강화 복합 재료 성형체의 제조 방법.
