Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 시멘트 결합재에 산업 부산물인 실리콘 웨이퍼 폐슬러지 고액분리 건조물을 사용함으로써 산업 부산물의 재활용 측면에서 유용하며, 작업성, 초기 반응성 개선으로 초기 강도 발현 및 내구성을 개선할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 태양광 실리콘 웨이퍼 폐슬러지 고액분리 건조물을 이용한 고성능 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물을 구성하는 폐슬러지 고액분리 건조물 함량에 따른 색도변화를 나타낸 이미지.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 태양광 실리콘 웨이퍼 폐슬러지 고액분리 건조물을 이용한 고성능 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물의 Free-si의 미소반응열 측정결과를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (4)
- 시멘트 결합재 3~38중량부, 잔골재 20~70중량부, 굵은골재 10~60중량부 및 물 0.1~10중량부를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 시멘트 결합재는 포틀랜드 1종~5종시멘트 26~80중량부, 실리콘 웨이퍼 폐슬러지 고액분리 건조물 1~50 중량부, 무수석고 1~15 중량부, 감수제 0.01~5중량부 및 소포제 0.01~5 중량부, 고성능 결합재 1~3 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 고성능 결합재는 폴리카르복실산(polycarboxylic acid) 용액 22.99~25.67 중량부, 셀룰로오스 분말 22.99~25.67 중량부, 그리고 수산화알루미늄(Al(OH)3) 22.99~25.67 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 실리콘 웨이퍼 폐슬러지 고액분리 건조물을 이용한 고성능 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물.
