Claims (8)
- 자동차의 전자식 파킹 브레이크(2)로서,
축 방향(38, 44)으로 변위 가능한 스핀들(6);
상기 스핀들에 회전 가능하게 장착된 스핀들 너트(4);
상기 스핀들 너트(4)를 지지하고 제한된 탄성 가요성을 갖는 지지 장치(8, 34, 36)로서, 힘 전달 체인에서 서로 직렬로 배열되며 힘의 전달 동안 응력 하에 놓이도록 구성된 적어도 제 1 스프링 요소(36) 및 제 2 스프링 요소(34)를 갖는 지지 장치(8, 34, 36) - 상기 제 1 스프링 요소(36)는 제 2 스프링 요소(34)보다 더 낮은 강성을 가지며 제 1 스프링 이동량(spring travel)에 걸쳐 제 1 지지력의 작용 하에서의 응력 하에 놓이도록 구성되고, 상기 제 2 스프링 요소(34)는 제 2 스프링을 갖는 스프링 모듈에 의해 형성됨 -;
상기 제 1 스프링 이동량을 넘어서는 스프링 이동량, 및 상기 제 1 지지력에 더하여(over and above) 상기 제 1 스프링 요소(36)에 의한 힘의 흡수를 방지하는 제 1 기계식 맞물림 수단(48, 50);

기어링 하우징(30), 상기 기어링 하우징(30) 내에 설치된 구동 입력 제 1 샤프트(20) 및 구동 출력 제 2 샤프트(14), 상기 제 1 샤프트(20)에 부착된 제 1 기어휠(24) 및 상기 제 2 샤프트(14)에 부착된 제 2 기어휠(10), 제 3 기어휠로서 상기 제 1 기어휠(24) 및 제 2 기어휠(10)이 상기 제 3 기어휠(18)을 통하여 서로 맞물리는 제 3 기어휠(18)을 포함하는, 기어링 유닛(12) - 상기 샤프트들(20, 14)이 각각 고정적인(stationary) 회전 축선(26, 54)을 갖고, 상기 기어링 하우징(30)이 상기 제 1 샤프트(20)와 제 2 샤프트(14) 사이에 상기 제 3 기어휠(12)에 대해 2 개 이상의 공간적으로 오프셋된 베어링 지점(64)들 또는 변위 가능한 베어링 지점(64)을 가짐 -; 및
상기 기어링 유닛(12)을 통해 상기 스핀들 너트(4)를 구동하는 전기 모터(22);를 포함하는

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 베어링 지점(64)들은 곧은 조절 라인(60)을 따라 배열되는
자동차의 전자식 파킹 브레이크.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 곧은 조절 라인(60) 상에 상기 회전 축선(26, 54)들이 놓이는
자동차의 전자식 파킹 브레이크.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 기어휠(12)이 축 저널(journal, 62)을 갖고, 상기 베어링 지점(64)은 상기 축 저널(62)이 안으로 삽입될 수 있는 개구(58)를 구비한 이동 가능한 슬라이드(56)를 포함하는
자동차의 전자식 파킹 브레이크.
