Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 폐열의 재활용을 통한 발전기 터빈의 회전 효율을 증대시킴으로써 발전 효율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 보일러에서 발생하는 폐열을 서로 마주보도록 배치된 레디얼 터빈 사이에 고정자를 배치함으로써 폐열의 회수효율을 높여 에너지 효율 향상을 통한 농가용 온실난방 또는 소각로의 재가열 열원으로 사용함으로써 에너지 절감을 이룰 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 레디얼 터빈을 이용한 폐열 회수 터빈 시스템 도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 레디얼 터빈을 이용한 폐열 회수 터빈 시스템의 구상도이다.
도 4a는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 레디얼 터빈을 이용한 폐열 회수 터빈 시스템의 고정자에 따른 스팀의 이동방향을 나타내는 개념도이다.
도 4b는 도 4a의 비교예를 나타내는 개념도이다.

Claims (3)
- 보일러에서 발생하는 폐열을 이용하는 레디얼 터빈을 이용한 폐열 회수 터빈 시스템에 있어서,
하우징(100);
상기 하우징을 따라 일방향으로 배치되는 샤프트(200);
상기 샤프트에 관통하여 배치되고 외주면이 상기 하우징 외주면에 고정되는 고정자(300); 및
상기 고정자(300)를 중심으로 전방 및 후방에 각각 배치되는 전방 레디얼 터빈(400) 및 후방 레디얼 터빈(500);을 포함하고,
상기 전방 레디얼 터빈(400)은 상기 보일러에서 발생된 폐열이 유입되는 입구(420)와, 상기 유입된 폐열을 압축하는 제1 블레이드(410)를 구비하고, 상기 후방 레디얼 터빈(500)은 상기 제1 블레이드(410)와 마주보도록 배치되는 제2 블레이드(510)와 압축된 상기 폐열을 상기 제2 블레이드를 통하여 배치되는 출구(520)를 구비하고,
상기 제1 블레이드(410)는,
일단이 상기 샤프트의 외주면에 인접하고 타단이 반경방향을 향하여 상기 하우징의 내주면에 인접하여 회전방향을 향하여 비틀어지도록 형성되고,
상기 제2 블레이드(510)는,
상기 제1 블레이드와 마주보도록 배치되어 일단이 상기 샤프트의 외주면에 인접하고 타단이 반경방향을 향하여 상기 하우징의 내주면에 인접하도록 배치되며,
상기 고정자(300)는,
전방 레디얼 터빈(400)에서 후방 레디얼 터빈(500)으로 폐열이 동할 수 있도록 공간이 형성되도록 복수의 날개가 반경방향을 향하여 소정각도 비틀어져 형성되고, 상기 제1 블레이드(410)를 통과할 때 일방향으로 치우쳐서 이동한 폐열의 각도를 상기 샤프트(200)의 중심을 따라 수평하게 이동할 수 있도록 전환시켜 상기 고정자(300)를 통과한 폐열과 제2 블레이드(520)와 마찰이 증가하는 것을 방지하여 상기 후방 레디얼 터빈(500)의 회전속도가 감소하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레디얼 터빈을 이용한 폐열 회수 터빈 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전방 레디얼 터빈(400)의 입구(420) 및 상기 후방 레디얼 터빈(500)에 마련된 출구(520)는 상기 하우징 외부로 돌출되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레디얼 터빈을 이용한 폐열 회수 터빈 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 출구(520)로 배출된 폐열은,
농가용 온실난방 또는 소각로의 재가열 열원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레디얼 터빈을 이용한 폐열 회수 터빈 시스템.
