Claims (10)
- 파우치에 고정된 전지부연결단자; 및
상기 파우치에 고정되고, 상기 전지부연결단자와 전기적으로 연결된 리드탭연결단자를 포함하고,
상기 파우치 팽창시 상기 파우치의 팽창력에 의하여 상기 전지부연결단자 또는 상기 리드탭연결단자 중 어느 하나가 파손되어 전기적 연결이 차단되고,
상기 전지부연결단자는,
상기 리드탭연결단자와 접촉하고, 상기 전지부연결단자의 변형을 유도하도록 절곡형성되고, 상기 전지부연결단자의 하면을 향해 돌출된 절곡면부; 및 상기 리드탭연결단자 및 상기 파우치와 접착된 접착부를 포함하며,
상기 전지부연결단자의 상면은 상기 파우치에 접착되고, 상기 리드탭연결단자의 하면 중 절단부위를 제외한 나머지 부위가 상기 파우치에 부착된, 파우치셀 내장형 스웰링 CID.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전지부연결단자는,
상기 파우치에 내장된 전지부와 외부를 연결하도록 상기 전지부로부터 연장된, 파우치셀 내장형 스웰링 CID.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전지부는,
와인딩된 젤리 형상인, 파우치셀 내장형 스웰링 CID.

상기 절단부위에는 상기 리드탭연결단자의 절단을 유도하는 V노칭(V-NOTCHING)이 형성된, 파우치셀 내장형 스웰링 CID.
- 전지부와, 상기 전지부와 외부를 연결하는 리드탭과, 상기 전지부를 포장하는 파우치를 포함하는 파우치셀에 있어서,
상기 파우치 팽창시 상기 파우치의 팽창력에 의하여 파손되도록 상기 전지부와 리드탭 사이에 장착된 스웰링 CID(전류 차단 장치; CURRENT INTERRUPT DEVICE)를 포함하고,
상기 스웰링 CID는,
상기 전지부와 전기적으로 연결된 전지부연결단자; 및
상기 전지부연결단자와 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 리드탭과 전기적으로 연결된 리드탭연결단자를 포함하되,
상기 전지부연결단자에는,
상기 파우치 팽창시 상기 파우치의 팽창방향을 따라서 형태 변형하는 절곡면부가 형성되고,
상기 리드탭연결단자에는,
상기 파우치 팽창시, 상기 절곡면부를 따라서 위치이동되고, 상기 리드탭연결단자로부터 분리되는 절단부위가 형성되며
상기 전지부연결단자의 상면은 상기 파우치에 접착되고, 상기 리드탭연결단자의 하면 중 절단부위를 제외한 나머지 부위가 상기 파우치에 부착된, 스웰링 CID가 내장된 파우치셀.

상기 절단부위에는,
상기 리드탭연결단자의 절단을 유도하는 V노칭이 형성된, 스웰링 CID가 내장된 파우치셀.
