Abstract
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모터와 엔진을 동력원으로 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 정지 제어 방법은 (a) 상기 엔진의 정지가 요구되면, 엔진 정지 제어를 위한 센싱 속도를 결정하는 단계; (b) 상기 센싱 속도를 기초로 제어 타임 아웃 값을 결정하는 단계; (c) 상기 센싱 속도를 기초로 하이브리드 시동 발전기(HSG)에 토크를 인가하는 단계; (d) 상기 센싱 속도가 설정 속도 이상이면, 상기 설정된 제어 타임 아웃 값과 카운터 값을 비교하는 단계; (e) 상기 카운터 값이 제어 타임 아웃 값 이하이면 카운터 값을 증가시키고, 센싱 속도를 다시 결정하여 상기 (c) 단계 내지 (d) 단계를 반복 수행하는 단계; 그리고 (f) 상기 카운터 값이 제어 타임 아웃 값보다 크면, HSG 토크 인가를 중지하고 카운터 값을 리셋하는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 모터와 엔진을 동력원으로 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 정지 제어 방법에 있어서,
(a) 상기 엔진의 정지가 요구되면, 엔진 정지 제어를 위한 센싱 속도를 결정하는 단계;
(b) 상기 센싱 속도를 기초로 제어 타임 아웃 값을 결정하는 단계;
(c) 상기 센싱 속도를 기초로 하이브리드 시동 발전기(HSG)에 토크를 인가하는 단계;
(d) 상기 센싱 속도가 설정 속도 이상이면, 상기 설정된 제어 타임 아웃 값과 카운터 값을 비교하는 단계;
(e) 상기 카운터 값이 제어 타임 아웃 값 이하이면 카운터 값을 증가시키고, 센싱 속도를 다시 결정하여 상기 (c) 단계 내지 (d) 단계를 반복 수행하는 단계; 그리고
(f) 상기 카운터 값이 제어 타임 아웃 값보다 크면, HSG 토크 인가를 중지하고 카운터 값을 리셋하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 정지 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a)단계에서 엔진 정지 제어를 위한 센싱 속도는 엔진 속도와 HSG 속도 중 최소 속도를 기초로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 정지 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (b)단계에서 제어 타임 아웃 값은 초기 센싱 속도에 따른 제어 시간 테이블로 매핑된 정보를 기초로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 정지 제어 방법.

상기 엔진과 연결되어 엔진을 시동하거나 엔진의 회전력에 의해 발전하는 하이브리드 시동 발전기(HSG); 그리고
상기 운전 정보 검출부의 신호를 기초로 엔진 정지가 요구되면 상기 HSG의 토크를 조절하여 엔진 정지 제어를 수행하는 제어기;
를 포함하되,
상기 제어기는 엔진 정지 제어를 위한 센싱 속도를 결정하여 엔진 정지 제어를 수행하고, 제어 타임 아웃 값을 결정하여 카운터 값과 비교한 후, 상기 카운터 값이 상기 제어 타임 아웃 값 이하이면 카운터 값을 증가시키고 상기 센싱 속도를 다시 결정하여 엔진 정지 제어를 반복 수행하고, 상기 카운터 값이 상기 제어 타임 아웃 값보다 크면 엔진 정지 제어를 완료하고 상기 카운터 값을 리셋하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 정지 제어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 상기 센싱 속도가 설정 속도보다 작으면, 엔진 정지 제어를 완료하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 정지 제어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 엔진 정지 제어가 시작되면 상기 센싱 속도를 기초로 HSG에 토크를 인가하고, 엔진 정지 제어가 완료되면 상기 HSG 토크 인가를 중지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 정지 제어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 엔진 속도와 HSG 속도 중 최소 속도를 기초로 상기 엔진 정지 제어를 위한 센싱 속도를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 정지 제어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 초기 센싱 속도에 따른 제어 시간 테이블로 매핑된 정보를 기초로 상기 제어 타임 아웃 값을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 정지 제어 장치.
