Claims (5)
- 엔진과, 축전 장치와, 상기 엔진의 동력 및 상기 축전 장치의 전력 중 적어도 한쪽을 사용해서 작동하는 적어도 하나의 액추에이터와, 상기 엔진의 동력에 의해 발전하는 발전기를 갖는 하이브리드 건설 기계의 동력 제어 장치이며,
상기 엔진의 구동 효율이 미리 설정된 효율 범위 내가 되는 엔진 출력의 제어 범위의 상한값과 하한값 사이에서 상기 엔진의 출력이 추이하도록, 상기 엔진에 요구되는 필요 동력이 상기 상한값을 초과하는 경우에 상기 축전 장치의 전력을 사용해서 상기 엔진을 어시스트함과 함께, 상기 필요 동력이 상기 하한값을 하회하는 경우에 상기 발전기를 구동해서 상기 축전 장치를 충전하도록 상기 축전 장치의 충방전을 제어하는 통상 제어를 실행하는 제어기를 구비하고,
상기 제어기는, 상기 필요 동력이 상기 상한값을 초과하고, 또한, 상기 축전 장치에 의한 어시스트가 계속해서 행해지고 있는 기간 중에서의 상기 축전 장치에 의한 어시스트 동력의 적분량 또는 계속 시간이 미리 설정된 제1 임계값을 초과하는 경우에, 상기 축전 장치에 의한 어시스트 동력을 상기 통상 제어에 있어서의 어시스트 동력보다도 작고 0보다도 큰 어시스트 동력으로 감소시키는 제1 제어를 실행하고, 상기 필요 동력이 상기 상한값을 초과하고, 또한, 상기 적분량 또는 상기 계속 시간이 상기 제1 임계값보다도 큰 값으로서 미리 설정된 제2 임계값을 초과하는 경우에, 상기 어시스트 동력을 0으로 설정하는 제2 제어를 실행하는, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 동력 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 축전 장치의 충전율을 검출 가능한 충전율 검출 수단을 더 구비하고,
상기 제어기는, 상기 충전율 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 상기 축전 장치의 충전율이 작을수록, 상기 제1 임계값 및 상기 제2 임계값이 작아지도록 상기 제1 임계값 및 상기 제2 임계값을 변경하는, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 동력 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 엔진에 의해 구동되어, 상기 적어도 하나의 액추에이터에 포함되는 복수의 유압 액추에이터에 대해 작동유를 공급하는 가변 용량식의 유압 펌프를 더 구비하고,
상기 발전기는, 상기 축전 장치의 전력을 사용해서 전동기로서 작동함으로써 상기 유압 펌프의 동력을 보충하도록 상기 엔진을 어시스트하는 기능을 갖고,
상기 제어기는, 상기 복수의 유압 액추에이터 중 필요 마력이 높은 것으로서 미리 설정된 고마력 액추에이터가 작동하는 경우에, 상기 고마력 액추에이터 이외의 유압 액추에이터만이 작동하는 경우보다도 상기 유압 펌프의 유량을 크게 설정함과 함께 상기 제1 임계값 및 상기 제2 임계값을 낮게 설정하는, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 동력 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어기는, 상기 통상 제어로부터 상기 제1 제어로 전환될 때까지의 시간보다도 상기 제1 제어로부터 상기 제2 제어로 전환될 때까지의 시간이 짧아지도록, 상기 축전 장치의 충방전을 제어하는, 하이브리드 건설 기계의 동력 제어 장치. - 엔진과, 축전 장치와, 상기 엔진의 동력 및 상기 축전 장치의 전력 중 적어도 한쪽을 사용해서 작동하는 적어도 하나의 액추에이터와, 상기 엔진의 동력에 의해 발전하는 발전기와, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 동력 제어 장치를 구비하고 있는, 하이브리드 건설 기계.
