Claims (5)
- 페라이트상과 오스테나이트상을 포함하는 2상 스테인리스강재이며, 상기 2상 스테인리스강재의 성분 조성은,
C:0.100질량% 이하,
Si:0.10 내지 2.00질량%,
Mn:0.10 내지 2.00질량%,
P:0.050질량% 이하,
S:0.0100질량% 이하,
Al:0.001 내지 0.050질량%,
Ni:1.0 내지 10.0질량%,
Cr:22.0 내지 28.0질량%,
Mo:2.0 내지 6.0질량%,
N:0.20 내지 0.50질량%를 함유하고,
또한, Ta:0.01 내지 0.50질량% 및 Ge:0.1 내지 1.0질량%에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하고, 잔량부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물을 포함하며,
Cr 함유량(질량%)을 [Cr], Mo 함유량(질량%)을 [Mo], N 함유량(질량%)을 [N]로 했을 때에, 하기 식으로 나타내는 PRE값이 40 이상인, 2상 스테인리스강재.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ta을 함유함과 함께, 불순물인 O를 0.01질량% 이하로 제한하고, 또한 상기 2상 스테인리스강재의 개재물 중, 긴 직경이 1㎛ 이상인 Ta을 함유하는 황ㆍ산화물계 복합 개재물이, 가공 방향에 수직인 단면 1㎟당 500개 이하이고, 상기 황ㆍ산화물계 복합 개재물의 Ta 함유량이 5원자% 이상인, 2상 스테인리스강재.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 성분 조성이, Co:0.10 내지 2.00질량%, Cu:0.10 내지 2.00질량%, V:0.01 내지 0.50질량%, Ti:0.01 내지 0.50질량%, Nb:0.01 내지 0.50질량%, Mg:0.0005 내지 0.020질량%, Ca:0.0005 내지 0.020질량%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 2상 스테인리스강재.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 기재된 2상 스테인리스강재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2상 스테인리스강관.
