Claims (11)
- (1) 감귤류의 과피 및 착즙부산물 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 감귤류 가공부산물에 펙티나아제(pectinase), 셀룰라아제(cellulase), 자일란나아제(xylanase), 헤미셀룰라아제(hemicellulase), 베타-글루카나아제(β-glucanase) 및 아라비나아제(arabinase)로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 효소를 첨가하여 효소처리하는 단계;
(2) 상기 (1) 단계의 효소처리물에 주정을 첨가하여 용액 중의 에탄올의 농도가 30-90부피%가 되도록 조절하고 침전을 유도한 뒤 침전물을 수득하는 단계;
(3) 상기 침전물에 규조토, 활성탄 및 소수성 흡착 수지 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 흡착제와 물을 혼합하여 교반하는 단계; 및
(4) 상기 교반한 혼합물을 여과한 뒤, 여액을 수득하는 단계;를 포함하는 고미가 제거된 면역증강용 감귤류 다당체의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 소수성 흡착 수지는 지방족 에스터(aliphatic ester) 또는 스티렌/다이비닐벤젠 중합체(styrene/divinylvenzene copolymers)를 주요 성분으로 하는 합성수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 고미가 제거된 면역증강용 감귤류 다당체의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
흡착제로 규조토와 소수성 흡착 수지를 함께 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고미가 제거된 면역증강용 감귤류 다당체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 침전물 100 중량부에 대하여 흡착제 1 내지 100 중량부를 첨가하여 0.1 내지 5 시간 동안 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고미가 제거된 면역증강용 감귤류 다당체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고미가 제거된 면역증강용 감귤류 다당체는 2-메틸퓨코스(2-methylfucose), 2-메틸자일로스(2-methylxylose), 아피오스(apiose), 아세르산(aceric acid), 3-디옥시-D-만노-2-옥툴로손산(3-deoxy-D-manno-octulosonic acid, KDO), 3-디옥시-D-릭소-2-헵툴로사르산(3-deoxy-D-lyxo-2-heptulosaric acid, DHA), 람노오스(rhamnose), 퓨코스(fucose), 아라비노스(arabinose), 자일로스(xylose), 만노스(mannose), 갈락토스(galactose), 글루코스(glucose), 갈락투론산(Galacturonic Acid) 및 글루쿠론산(Glucuronic Acid)을 포함하는 군 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 다당체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고미가 제거된 면역증강용 감귤류 다당체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 감귤류는 밀감, 한라봉(부지화), 천혜양, 청견, 금귤, 오렌지, 자몽, 레몬, 라임, 탱자 및 유자 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고미가 제거된 면역증강용 감귤류 다당체의 제조방법. - 제1항, 제4항 및 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 고미가 제거된 면역증강용 감귤류 다당체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역증강용 건강기능식품.
- 제1항, 제4항 및 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 고미가 제거된 면역증강용 감귤류 다당체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역증강용 식품첨가물.
