도 2는 본 발명의 (메트)아크릴로니트릴의 회수 방법의 다른 실시 형태를 나타내는 아크릴로니트릴 회수탑의 모식도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 (메트)아크릴로니트릴의 회수 방법의 별도의 실시 형태를 나타내는 아크릴로니트릴 회수탑의 모식도이다.
도 4는 실시예 1 내지 3 및 비교예 1에 있어서의 탑내 압력차의 경시 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5는 아크릴로니트릴 회수탑(증류탑)으로부터의 추출액 중 부타디엔류 농도와 추출단과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (4)
- (메트)아크릴로니트릴과 아세토니트릴과 이들 이외의 불포화 화합물을 함유하는 혼합물로부터 (메트)아크릴로니트릴을 회수하는 방법으로서, 상기 혼합물을 증류탑에 도입하고, 상기 증류탑의 탑정상 유출액 중에 (메트)아크릴로니트릴을 함유하는 조건으로 증류하고, 상기 증류탑의 탑바닥 및/또는 측류로부터 아세토니트릴을 추출하고, 추가로 상기 아세토니트릴의 추출 개소보다도 전체 탑 높이의 1/50 내지 1/2의 고위의 개소에서 상기 불포화 화합물을 포함하는 액을 추출하는 것이며, 상기 불포화 화합물이 부타디엔류인 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴로니트릴의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 화합물을 포함하는 액을 상기 증류탑에 도입되는 상기 혼합물의 양에 대하여 0.04 중량% 이상의 비율로 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴로니트릴의 회수 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 화합물을 포함하는 액 중 상기 불포화 화합물 농도가 0.01 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 (메트)아크릴로니트릴의 회수 방법.
