Claims (8)
- 적어도 SO2 및 SO3 을 함유하는 배연 중의 SO3 농도를 SO3 농도계에 의해 검출하는 스텝과,
상기 SO3 농도가 검출된 배연 중에 분체를 공급하는 스텝과,
상기 분체가 공급된 배연으로부터 열을 회수하여 그 배연을 냉각시키는 스텝과,
상기 냉각된 배연 중의 분진을 포집하는 스텝과,
상기 분진이 포집된 배연 중의 적어도 SO2 를 흡수액에 흡수 제거하는 스텝을 포함하는 배연 처리 방법으로서,
상기 분체를 공급하는 스텝이, 상기 분체의 공급량을, 상기 SO3 농도 (S) 에 대한 상기 배연 중의 매진 농도 (A) 와 상기 분체 농도 (P) 의 합계량의 질량비 {(A + P)/S)} 가 2.0 이상이 되도록 제어하는 것을 포함하는 배연 처리 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 매진 농도가, 하기 식 (1) :
매진 농도 (g/N㎥) = (석탄 투입량) × (석탄 중 회분 농도) × (매진 도달률)/(배연 유량)··식 (1)
(식 중,
석탄 투입량은, 상기 적어도 SO2 및 SO3 을 함유하는 배연을 발생시키는 석탄의 투입량이고,
석탄 중 회분 농도는, 상기 석탄 중에 포함되는 회분의 농도이고,
분진 도달률은, 상기 석탄 중에 포함되는 회분 중, 상기 분체 공급 스텝 전까지 도달하는 회분의 비율이고,
배연 유량은, 상기 분체 공급 스텝 전까지 상기 적어도 SO2 및 SO3 을 함유하는 배연의 유량이다.)
에 의해 산출되는 배연 처리 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배연 처리가 연속해서 실시되고, 상기 포집한 분진의 적어도 일부를, 상기 분체로서 사용하는 배연 처리 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 SO3 농도를 검출하는 스텝이, 추가로 상기 분체가 공급되기 전의 배연 중의 온도 및 SO2 농도를 검출하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 온도와 상기 SO2 농도에 기초하여 추정 SO3 농도를 산출하고, 그 추정 SO3 농도와 상기 SO3 농도계에 의해 검출된 검출 SO3 농도의 차를 산출하고, 그 차가 소정의 범위를 초과한 경우에 경보를 발하는 배연 처리 방법. - 적어도 SO2 및 SO3 을 함유하는 배연 중의 SO3 농도를 검출하는 SO3 농도계와,
상기 SO3 농도가 검출된 배연 중에 분체를 공급하는 분체 공급기와,
상기 분체가 공급된 배연으로부터 열을 회수하여 그 배연을 냉각시키는 열 교환기와,
상기 냉각된 배연 중의 분진을 포집하는 전기 집진기와,
상기 분진이 포집된 배연을 흡수액에 기액 접촉시킴으로써, 배연 중의 적어도 SO2 를 흡수 제거하는 흡수탑과,
상기 SO3 농도계로부터의 신호에 의해, 상기 SO3 농도 (S) 에 대한 매진 농도 (A) 와 상기 분체 농도 (P) 의 합계량의 질량비 {(A + P)/S)} 가 2.0 이상이 되도록 상기 분체의 공급량을 제어하는 분체 공급 제어 수단을 구비하는 배연 처리 장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 매진 농도를 검출하기 위해서, 상기 분체 공급 제어 수단 전에, 상기 적어도 SO2 및 SO3 을 함유하는 배연의 일부를 취출하기 위한 취출구를 추가로 구비하는 배연 처리 장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
또한, 상기 전기 집진기로 포집한 분진의 적어도 일부를, 상기 분체로서 사용하기 위해서 상기 전기 집진기와 상기 분체 공급기가 접속되어 있는 배연 처리 장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 분체 공급기의 전류에, 상기 분체가 공급되기 전의 배연 중의 온도 및 SO2 농도를 검출하는 온도계와 SO2 농도계를 구비하고,
상기 분체 공급 제어 수단이, 상기 온도계와 상기 SO2 농도계로부터의 신호에 기초하여 추정 SO3 농도를 산출하고, 상기 SO3 농도계로부터의 신호에 의해 상기 추정 SO3 농도와 상기 검출 SO3 농도의 차를 산출하고, 그 차가 소정의 범위를 초과한 경우에 경보를 발하는 배연 처리 장치.
