Claims (14)
- 수용성 수지, 유기산, 분산제 및 방청제를 포함하고,
상기 수용성 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 유기산 4 ~ 18 중량부, 분산제 6 ~ 35 중량부 및 방청제 0.5 ~ 10 중량부 포함하며,
상기 방청제는 아민 화합물 및 암모늄계 화합물 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하며, 아민 화합물 및 암모늄계 화합물을 1 : 0.1 ~ 5의 중량비로 포함하고,
상기 아민 화합물은 헥사메틸렌테트라민 및 트리에탄올아민을 1 : 1 ~ 5 의 중량비로 포함하고,
상기 암모늄계 화합물은 탄산암모늄, 염화암모늄, 제일인산암모늄 및 황산암모늄 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하며, 상기 유기산은 카르복실산 및 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 1 : 0.4 ~ 7 의 중량비로 포함하며, 상기 카르복실산은 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물 및 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 녹 비활성화제 조성물;

상기 화학식 1에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 및 R6 은 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 C1 ~ C5 의 직쇄형 알킬기 또는 C3 ~ C5의 분쇄형 알킬기이고,

상기 화학식 2에서, R7, R8, R9, R10은 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 C1 ~ C5 의 직쇄형 알킬기 또는 C3 ~ C5의 분쇄형 알킬기이며,

상기 화학식 3에서, R11 및 R12은 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 C1 ~ C5 의 직쇄형 알킬기 또는 C3 ~ C5의 분쇄형 알킬기이고, 상기 n = 0 ~ 5 의 유리수이다. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 습윤제 6 ~ 35 중량부 및 용매 180 ~ 260 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 녹 비활성화제 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 습윤제는 글리세린, 락틱산 및 프로필렌글리콜 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 용매는 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 녹 비활성화제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 수지는 메타아크릴산 중합체를 포함하는 아크릴계 수용성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 녹 비활성화제 조성물.
- 제1항, 제5항, 제7항 및 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 수용성 녹 비활성화제 조성물을 포함하고, 비중이 0.95 ~ 1.1인 수용성 녹 비활성화제.
- 제13항의 수용성 녹 비활성화제를 두께 10 ~ 18 ㎛ 로 도포시켜서 수용성 녹 비활성화 막을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 녹 비활성화제 적용방법.
