도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 일부 홀센서 고장시 모터 제어 방법의 순서도
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 홀센서가 정상인 경우와 고장인 경우의 홀센서 신호 비교표

Claims (11)
- 제어부에서 모터의 구동신호를 인식하는 구동신호인식단계;
제어부에서 구동신호를 인식한 경우, 제어부에서 모터에 마련된 복수의 홀센서로부터 감지된 감지신호를 이용하여 모터 홀센서의 고장유무를 판단하는 홀센서고장 판단단계; 및
모터의 홀센서가 고장인 것으로 판단된 경우, 제어부에서 복수의 홀센서 감지신호의 주파수를 각각 분석함으로써 복수의 홀센서 중 고장난 홀센서를 식별하는 판별단계;를 포함하고,
홀센서고장 판단단계 이후에는,
모터에 마련된 복수의 홀센서가 정상이라고 판단된 경우, 모터의 구동에 의하여 발생하는 전류지령값과 모터제어 전류값의 차이값인 전류차이값을 산출하는 전류차이 산출단계; 및
산출한 전류차이값이 미리 설정되어 있는 전류차이기준값을 초과하는 경우에는, 제어부에서 모터의 구동을 정지시키는 모터구동정지단계;를 포함하고,
전류차이 산출단계 이후에는,
전류차이값이 미리 설정되어 있는 전류차이기준값 이하인 경우에는, 제어부에서 모터의 구동신호를 인식한 때부터의 경과시간인 제1경과시간과 미리 설정되어 있는 제1기준시간을 비교하는 제1기준시간 비교단계;
제1경과시간이 제1기준시간을 초과하는 경우에는 제어부에서 모터의 구동에 의하여 발생하는 회전속도 지령값과 모터의 회전 속도값의 차이값인 회전속도차이값을 산출하는 회전속도차이 산출단계; 및
산출한 회전속도차이값이 미리 설정되어 있는 회전속도차이기준값을 초과하는 경우에는 제어부에서 고장난 홀센서를 판별하는 판별단계;를 포함하고,
판별단계는,
제어부에서 모터 고정자의 회전속도를 미리 설정되어 있는 목표회전속도값까지 증가시키는 회전속도증가단계;
모터 고정자 회전속도가 목표회전속도값에 도달한 후, 제어부에서 모터에 마련된 각 홀센서로부터 감지되는 주파수값 신호를 수신하는 주파수신호수신단계;
수신한 각 홀센서의 주파수값과 주파수기준값의 차이값인 주파수차이값을 산출하는 주파수차이 산출단계; 및
산출한 홀센서별 주파수차이값이 미리 설정되어 있는 주파수차이기준값 이상인 경우에는 제어부에서 해당 홀센서를 고장상태라고 판별하는 고장판별단계;를 포함하고,
주파수차이 산출단계 이후에는,
산출한 홀센서별 주파수차이값이 미리 설정되어 있는 주파수차이기준값 미만인 경우에는 산출한 홀센서별 주파수차이값이 주파수차이기준값 미만에 해당된 때부터의 경과시간인 제2경과시간과 미리 설정되어 있는 제2기준시간을 비교하는 제2기준시간 비교단계; 및
제2경과시간이 제2기준시간 이하인 경우에는 제어부에서 해당 홀센서를 고장상태라고 판별하는 고장판별단계;를 포함하는 모터 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
홀센서 고장 판단단계는,
제어부에서 구동신호를 인식한 경우, 제어부에서 모터에 마련된 복수의 홀센서로부터 감지신호를 수신하고 복수의 감지신호가 모두 동일한 경우 복수의 홀센서 중 어느 하나 이상의 홀센서가 고장인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 제어 방법. - 삭제

회전속도차이 산출단계 이후에는,
산출한 회전속도차이값이 미리 설정되어 있는 회전속도차이기준값 이하인 경우에는 제어부에서 모터의 홀센서가 정상상태라고 판별하는 정상판별단계;를 포함하는 모터 제어 방법. - 삭제

제2기준시간 비교단계 이후에는,
제2경과시간이 제2기준시간을 초과하는 경우에는 제어부에서 해당 홀센서를 정상상태라고 판별하는 정상판별단계;를 포함하는 모터 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
판별단계 이후에는,
모터에 정상상태인 홀센서가 존재하는 경우에는, 제어부에서 정상상태로 판별된 홀센서의 신호를 수신하는 정상신호수신단계;
제어부에서 수신한 홀센서 신호가 변하는 경우, 변화량을 이용하여 모터의 회전속도 및 로터의 위치를 산출하는 속도 및 위치 산출단계; 및
산출한 모터의 회전속도와 로터의 위치를 이용하여 모터제어전류값을 산출하는 제어전류 산출단계;를 포함하는 모터 제어 방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
제어전류 산출단계 이후에는,
제어부에서 미리 설정되어 있는 전류기준값과 모터제어전류값의 차이값인 전류차이값을 산출하는 전류차이 산출단계; 및
산출한 전류차이값이 미리 설정되어 있는 전류차이기준값을 초과하는 경우에는, 제어부에서 모터의 구동을 정지시키는 모터구동정지단계;를 포함하는 모터 제어 방법. - 삭제
