Description
도 2는 유전체 장벽 플라즈마 발생 장치 내에서 휘발성 유기 화합물의 체류 시간에 따른 휘발성 유기 화합물 제거 효율을 분석한 그래프이고;
도 3은 휘발성 유기 화합물의 주입 속도에 따른 휘발성 유기 화합물 제거 효율을 분석한 그래프이다.

- 유전체 반응관; 상기 유전체 반응관 내부에 위치하고, 금속 선 외주면에 절연체 층이 형성된 제1 전극; 및 상기 유전체 반응관 외부에 감겨있으며, 금속 선 외주면에 절연체 층이 형성된 제2 전극;을 포함하는 유전체 장벽 플라즈마 발생 장치의 제1 전극 및 제2 전극에 전압을 인가하여 플라즈마를 발생시키는 단계(단계 1); 및
상기 단계 1에서 플라즈마가 발생한 유전체 반응관에 제1 주입관으로 휘발성 유기 화합물을 주입하고, 제2 주입관으로 공기를 주입하여 휘발성 유기 화합물을 제거하는 단계(단계 2);를 포함하고,
상기 제1 전극 및 제2 전극에 전압을 인가하기 위한 전원 공급 장치는 교류 전원을 공급하며, 상기 교류 전원 주파수가 15 kHz 내지 100 kHz이고,
주입되는 공기의 유량을 조절하여 상기 휘발성 유기 화합물의 체류시간을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기 화합물의 제거방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 단계 1에서 제1 전극 및 제2 전극에 인가하는 전압은 5 kV 내지 30 kV인 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기 화합물의 제거방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 단계 2의 휘발성 유기 화합물 주입 속도는 3.0 mg/h 내지 20 mg/h인 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기 화합물의 제거방법.
