Abstract
Description
도 2의 (a)는 프럭토즈의 자연 존재비 스펙트럼이고 (b)는 [2-13C]-프럭토즈의 DNP 스펙트럼이다. DNP 스펙트럼에서는 선형이 나타나지만, 매우 낮은 수준에서는 열 스펙트럼과 유사하다. (상부에서) 각 이성질체의 구조가 이들의 유사한 공명과 함께 도시된다.
도 3의 (a)는, 헥소키나제 400U와 반응한 프럭토즈의 스펙트럼으로서, 확대된(zoomed) 영역에서는 프럭토즈 및 프럭토즈-6-포스페이트에 상응하는 공명을 도시한 것이다. 도 3의 (b)는, 헥소키나제와의 반응 5초 후의 동적 스펙트럼을 도시한 것이다. 도 3의 (c)는, DNP한지 평균 85분 후 헥소키나제를 갖는 동일한 용액의 열 스펙트럼을 도시한 것이다.
도 4의 (a)는, 중간-후기 단계의 유전자 이식 모델(TRAMP) 마우스 전립선 종양의 T2 강조 영상이다. 도 4의 (b)는, 프럭토즈 주입으로부터의 대사의 결과로서, 프럭토즈 및 β-프럭토피라노즈 및 복합체 β-프럭토푸라노즈-6-포스페이트 및 β-프럭토푸라노즈에 상응하는 공명을 도시한 것이다. 도 4의 (c)는, 동일한 마우스에서 과분극화된 피루베이트를 수득한 후 동일한 위치로부터의 피루베이트 및 락테이트 공명을 도시한 것이다.
도 5는, 주위의 양성 조직과 비교하여 종양 내에서의 프럭토즈의 차별적인 흡수 및 대사를 보여주는, TRAMP 마우스의 13C 분광 영상을 도시한 것이다. β-프럭토피라노즈 및 복합체 β-프럭토푸라노즈-6-포스페이트 및 β-프럭토푸라노즈에 상응하는 공명이 도시된다. 밝은 회색 구역은 양성의 어두운 회색 구역(마우스 전립선의 다른 엽)과 비교하여 확산성 종양 영역을 나타낸다.
