Abstract
이에 본 발명은 아치형커버와 함유부재가 일체형으로 윤활패키지를 구성하여 나사축의 나사홈 개수, 윤활유 공급량을 포함하는 현장상황에 따라 사용자 조합에 의해 신속 간편하게 구조변경되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)
- 나사축(10)을 타고 이송되고, 나사축(10)의 나사홈(12)과 대응하는 위치에 전동체가 순환되도록 구비되는 이송너트(20); 및
상기 이송너트(20)에 설치되어 도킹실(32)이 형성되는 아치형커버(30)와, 도킹실(32)에 수용되어 나사홈(12)을 윤활하도록 윤활도킹부(42)가 돌출되는 함유부재(40)와, 함유부재(40)를 가압하는 탄성체(50)로 구성되는 윤활패키지(100);를 포함하며,
상기 윤활패키지(100)는 나사축(10)을 중심으로 방사형으로 복수개소에 배치되고, 체결구(60)에 의해 서로 조합되어 각각의 함유부재(40)가 독립공간에서 나사홈(12)을 윤활하도록 구비되며,
상기 함유부재(40)는 외주면에 주레일부(44)와 상부에 보조레일부(46)가 각각 형성되고, 도킹실(32) 내부에는 주·보조레일부(44)(46)를 각각 독립적으로 안내하는 주·보조 가이드부(34)(36)에 의해 이중 가이드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사용 함유부재 조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 도킹실(32) 내부에서 함유부재(40)가 나사축(10) 길이방향 및 나사축(10)과 직교하는 사방으로 이동되도록 보정공간부(33)가 형성되고, 함유부재(40)의 윤활도킹부(42)는 단부로 갈수록 폭이 좁아지도록 형성되어, 나사홈(12) 중앙으로 이동되는 위치보정력이 작용하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사용 함유부재 조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 나사축(10)은 나사홈(12) 개수에 따라 각각의 윤활패키지(100)에 의해 나사홈(12)이 독립적으로 윤활되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사용 함유부재 조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 윤활도킹부(42)는 선타입 또는 점타입으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사용 함유부재 조립체. - 삭제
