Claims (10)
- 기체(substrate)와,
상기 기체 위에 설치된, 부가 경화형 실리콘 고무 혼합물의 경화물을 포함하는 탄성층과,
상기 탄성층 위에 설치된 표면층을 구비한 현상 부재이며,
상기 탄성층은, 화학식 (1)로 표시되는 화합물을 함유하고,
상기 탄성층 중, 화학식 (1)에 있어서의 n이 3 이상 12 이하의 정수인 화합물의 함유율을 P1질량ppm, 화학식 (1)에 있어서의 n이 13 이상 20 이하의 정수인 화합물의 함유율을 P2질량ppm이라 했을 때, P1+P2가 5000질량ppm 이상 12000질량ppm 이하이며, 또한,
P1이 1500질량ppm 이상 6000질량ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상 부재.
(화학식 (1) 중, n은 3 이상 20 이하의 정수임) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 P1+P2가, 6000질량ppm 이상 11000질량ppm 이하인 현상 부재. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 P1+P2가, 7000질량ppm 이상 10000질량ppm 이하인 현상 부재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 P1이, 2000질량ppm 이상 5500질량ppm 이하인 현상 부재. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 P1이, 2500질량ppm 이상 5000질량ppm 이하인 현상 부재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
