도2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 회전식 진공 펌프의 주요부를 확대하여 나타낸 사시도이다.
도3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 회전식 진공 펌프의 후방부 사시도이다.

Claims (8)
- 회전식 진공 펌프에 있어서,
원통 형상으로 형성된 펌프룸을 포함하는 펌프 하우징;
중심이 상기 펌프룸의 중심과 편심되도록 상기 펌프룸에 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 회전축에 의해 회전하는 로우터;
상기 로우터에 장착되어 상기 펌프룸으로 유입된 기체를 압축하는 베인; 그리고
압축된 기체가 정해진 압력을 초과할 시 상기 펌프 하우징의 외부로 기체를 배출하도록 된 단일한 배출밸브;
를 포함하되,
상기 펌프룸은 상기 로우터와 상기 베인에 의하여 복수의 압축팽창공간으로 구획되고,
상기 펌프 하우징에는, 압축된 기체가 상기 펌프룸의 어느 한 압축팽창공간으로부터 상기 펌프룸의 다른 압축팽창공간으로 유동하도록 내부유동통로가 항시 형성되고, 상기 내부유동통로에는 역회전 유동만 허용하는 체크밸브가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 진공 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 로우터의 외주면은 상기 펌프 하우징의 내주면의 단일 지점과 만나고,
상기 내부유동통로는 상기 펌프 하우징의 상기 내주면 일측에 입구를 타측에 출구를 가지며,
상기 단일 지점은 상기 입구와 상기 출구 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 진공 펌프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 체크밸브는,
정해진 압력을 초과할 시 일 방향으로만 개방되도록 상기 입구 또는 상기 출구에 장착되는 제1판스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 진공 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펌프 하우징은,
중공 실린더 형상의 외벽, 그리고 상기 외벽의 축방향 일단의 벽을 형성하는 플레이트부를 포함하며,
상기 내부유동통로는 상기 외벽에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 진공 펌프. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 배출밸브는,
상기 플레이트부에 형성되는 관통홀; 그리고
상기 관통홀에 장착되어 정해진 압력을 초과할 시 상기 펌프 하우징의 외부 방향으로만 개방되는 제2판스프링;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 진공 펌프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 내부유동통로의 상기 출구는,
상기 단일 지점과 상기 로우터의 중심을 지나는 직선을 기준으로, 상기 배출밸브 측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 진공 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베인은,
상기 로우터에 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착되어 상기 로우터에 의해 회전함으로써, 상기 펌프 하우징의 내주면에 접촉하면서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 진공 펌프. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 베인은,
상기 로우터를 가로질러 장착되는 단일한 몸체부; 그리고
상기 베인의 회전 시 상기 펌프 하우징의 상기 내주면에 닿도록, 상기 몸체부의 양단에 각기 장착되는 접동부들;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 진공 펌프.
