Abstract
상기와 같은 용도를 위하여 본 발명에 따른 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물은 아크릴레이트 천연 고무 및 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 혼합물을 포함한다.

Claims (18)
- 아크릴레이트 고무 및 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 혼합물을 포함하고, 아크릴레이트 고무 대 폴리우레탄의 중량비가 8:2 내지 5:5이고, 아크릴레이트 고무가 에틸아크릴레이트(EA), 부틸아크릴레이트(BA) 및 메톡시에틸아크릴레이트(MEA)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하고, 아크릴레이트 고무가 폴리우레탄 기질(matrix) 내에 균일하게 분포하며, 아크릴레이트 고무가 가교된 고무만을 포함하는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
아크릴레이트 고무가 하나 또는 다수의 모노머로부터 중합 반응된 것이며, C1-C16-알킬아크릴레이트, C1-C16-알킬메타크릴레이트, 알콕시알킬아크릴레이트, 알릴메타크릴레이트, 디알릴메타크릴레이트, 이들의 코모노머 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
아크릴레이트 고무가 할로겐 함유 기, 카복실산 기, 하이드록시 기, 에폭시 기 또는 이들이 혼합된 기로부터 선택되는 작용기를 갖는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
폴리우레탄이 폴리올 및 사슬 연장제와 디이소시아네이트의 반응에 의해서 제조되는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 6항에 있어서,
폴리올이 폴리에스테르폴리올, 폴리락톤폴리올, 폴리에테르폴리올, 폴리티오에테르폴리올, 폴리에스테르아미드폴리올, 폴리카보네이트폴리올, 폴리아세탈폴리올, 비닐폴리머폴리올, 폴리카프로락톤폴리올, 폴리에테르글리콜렌, 폴리에스테르글리콜렌 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 6항에 있어서,
사슬 연장제가 디올, 3-작용성의(trifunctional) 또는 그보다 더 높은 작용성의 알코올, 디아민, 더 높은 작용성의 아민, 아미노알코올 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
아크릴레이트 고무를 가교하기 위한 가교제가 과산화물, 황, 디아민, 폴리아민, 디아민카르바메이트, 디올, 폴리올, 디이소시아네이트, 폴리이소시아네이트, 디에폭사이드, 폴리에폭사이드, 디글리시딜에테르, 트리아진, 메틸렌디아닐린, 디카복실산, 폴리카복실산 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 혹은 전술된 물질들을 유리시키는 물질들로부터 선택되는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 9항에 있어서,
칼륨스테아레이트, 소듐스테아레이트, 소듐올레에이트, 지방산의 다른 알칼리- 및 알칼리토류 염, 아연 디티오포스페이트, 아연 디부틸디티오카바메이트, 아연 디메틸디티오카바메이트, 철 디메틸디티오카바메이트, 디-오르쏘-톨루일구아니딘(DOTG), 디페닐구아니딘(DPG), 디펜타메틸렌티루암디술피드, 합성 하이드로탈시드, 디우론, 옥타데실트리에틸암모늄브로마이드, 옥타데실트리에틸포스포늄브로마이드, 디아자비시클로운데센(DBU), 디에틸티오 요소, 암모늄 벤조에이트, 트리머캅토-s-트리아진, 소듐-2-에틸헥사노에이트로부터 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 활성체(activator)가 아크릴레이트 고무의 가교제로 사용되거나;
2,4,6-트리스(알릴옥시)-1,3,5-트리아진(TAC), 트리알릴이소시아누레이트(TAIC), 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 1,2-폴리부타디엔 유도체, N,N'-페닐렌비스말레이미드, 디아크릴레이트, 트리아크릴레이트, 디메타크릴레이트 또는 트리메타크릴레이트로부터 선택된 보조제(Coagent)가 과산화물 가교제로 사용되는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물이 충전제, 연화제, 가공 보조제, 에이징 방지제, 산화 방지제, 내연제, 색소, 염료 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가물을 포함하는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
-40℃ 내지 +150℃의 온도 사용 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
고온 공기가 존재하는 상태 및 150℃의 온도에서 70 시간 혹은 168 시간 동안 저장된 후에는 DIN 53504-S2에 따라 측정된 100% 이상의 파괴 연성을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
오일(IRM 903)이 존재하는 상태 및 150℃의 온도에서 70 시간 혹은 168 시간 동안 저장된 후에는 DIN 53504-S2에 따라 측정된 100% 이상의 파괴 연성을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
DIN 53505에 따라 측정된 60 내지 100 쇼어(Shore) A의 경도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
DIN ISO 1817에 따라 측정하는 경우의 오일(IRM 903) 내에서의 용적 변동이 15 % 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
ISO 34-1 방법 A에 따라 측정하는 경우 1 내지 20 N/mm의 범위 안에 있는 전단 저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
성형 부품, 사출 성형 부품, 압출체 또는 블로우 성형 부품을 제조하기 위해서 사용되는 열가소성 탄성 중합체 조성물.
