Claims (17)
- 안테나 소자로서,
유전층에 의해 격리되는 두 도전층을 갖는 기판;
상기 기판의 제1 층 상에 패턴화된 제1 금속부 - 상기 제1 금속부는 플레어 형상을 가짐 -;
상기 기판의 상기 제1 층 상에 패턴화된 제2 금속부 - 상기 제2 금속부는 상기 제1 금속부의 상기 플레어 형상에 대응하는 제2 형상을 가지며, 상기 제1 금속부에 근접한 제1 측(side)을 가짐 -; 및
상기 기판의 상기 제1 층 상에 패턴화된 기생 소자 - 상기 기생 소자는 상기 제2 형상에 대응하는 형상을 가지며, 상기 제2 금속부의 제2 측에 근접하게 위치됨 -
를 포함하는, 안테나 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안테나는 CRLH(Composite Right and Left Handed) 구조인, 안테나 소자. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 CRLH 구조를 통해 신호가 제1 방향으로 방사되도록 안내되는, 안테나 소자. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 안테나는 단위 격자이며, 상기 제1 금속부는 개시 패드이며, 상기 제2 금속부는 격자 패치인, 안테나 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플레어 형상은 V-형상인, 안테나 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기생 소자는 복수의 네스팅된(nested) 형상을 포함하는 기생 용량성 소자인, 안테나 소자. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 플레어 형상은 상기 제1 금속부에 결합된 피드 라인에 대해 대칭인, 안테나 소자. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 플레어 형상은 U-형상인, 안테나 소자. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 플레어 형상은 반원 형상인, 안테나 소자. - 제2항에 있어서,
