정제수 또는 물;을 포함하고,
상기 항균수용액은,
칼슘(Ca), 칼륨(K), 마그네슘(Mg), 나트륨(Na) 및 규소(Si)의 미네랄; 및
염화이온(Cl-), 브로민화이온(Br-), 질산이온(NO3 -), 황산이온(SO4 -), 탄산이온(CO3 -) 및 황화이온(S2-)의 음이온;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 항균력과 유산균 증식력이 우수한 화장품 조성물. - 삭제

- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 용액, 현탁액, 유탁액, 페이스트, 겔, 크림, 로션, 파우더, 오일, 비누, 클렌징, 샴푸, 린스, 오일, 분말 파운데이션, 유탁액 파운데이션, 왁스 파운데이션 및 스프레이로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 제형을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균력이 우수한 화장료 조성물.
- 식물을 추출하여 항균수용액을 제조하는 단계;
정제수 또는 물에 보습제, 컨디셔닝제, 계면활성제, pH 조절제, 산화방지제 및 향료를 포함하는 화장성분을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합물에 상기 항균수용액을 혼합하는 단계; 및
항균수용액이 혼합된 혼합액에 정제수 또는 물 및/또는 증점제를 혼합하여 점도를 제어하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 혼합물을 제조하는 단계는, 50 ~ 100 ℃ 온도 범위에서 2000 ~ 3000 rpm으로 10 ~ 20 분간 균일하게 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 혼합하는 단계는, 50 ~ 100 ℃ 온도에서 10 ~ 100 분간 상기 혼합물에 상기 항균 수용액이 화장품 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여 0.001 ~ 10 wt%가 되도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 혼합하는 단계는, 상기 혼합물을 20 ~ 49 ℃ 온도로 냉각시킨 후, 상기 혼합물에 항균수용액이 화장품 조성물 전체 중량에 0.001 ~ 10 wt%가 되도록 10 ~ 100 분간 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 항균수용액은,
칼슘(Ca), 칼륨(K), 마그네슘(Mg), 나트륨(Na) 및 규소(Si)의 미네랄; 및
염화이온(Cl-), 브로민화이온(Br-), 질산이온(NO3 -), 황산이온(SO4 -), 탄산이온(CO3 -) 및 황화이온(S2-)의 음이온;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 항균력과 유산균 증식력이 우수한 화장품 조성물의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 혼합하는 단계는,
50 ~ 100 ℃ 온도에서 10 ~ 100 분간 상기 혼합물에 상기 항균 수용액이 화장품 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여 0.001 ~ 10 wt%가 되도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 항균력과 유산균 증력이 우수한 화장료 조성물의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 혼합하는 단계는,
상기 혼합물을 20 ~ 49 ℃ 온도로 냉각시킨 후, 상기 혼합물에 항균수용액이 화장품 조성물 전체 중량에 0.001 ~ 10 wt%가 되도록 10 ~ 100 분간 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 항균력과 유산균 증식력이 우수한 화장품 조성물의 제조방법.
