도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법의 순서도.
도 4는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법의 순서도.
도 5 및 도 6은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정장치의 블록도.

Claims (13)
- 주행중인 차량이 SSC 진입 후 SSC 해제조건을 만족하는지 판단하는 단계(S100);
주행중인 차량이 SSC 진입 후 SSC 해제조건을 만족하는 경우에는 변속기에 입력할 기어단수를 선정하는 단계(S200);
주행중인 차량이 SSC 진입 후 SSC 해제조건을 만족하는 경우에는 도로의 경사도를 판정하는 단계(S300);
상기 판정하는 단계(S300)에서 판정된 상기 도로의 경사도에 대응하도록 상기 선정된 기어단수를 보정하는 단계(S400); 및
상기 변속기에 보정된 기어단수를 입력하는 단계(S500);
를 포함하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법에 있어서,
상기 판단하는 단계(S100)에서,
SSC 진입조건은 엑셀 페달 및 브레이크 페달이 작동하지 않고, 차량의 속도가 기 설정된 속도 이상인 조건이고,
차량이 SSC에 진입하면 엔진에 연료공급을 차단(Fuel cut)하여 엔진을 정지시키면서 변속기의 동력전달을 차단(Clutch Off)하며,
상기 SSC 해제조건은 엑셀 페달 또는 브레이크 페달이 작동하거나, 차량의 속도가 기 설정된 속도 미만인 조건이고,
상기 입력하는 단계(S500)에서는 보정된 기어단수를 입력한 후, 엔진에 연료공급을 재개하여 엔진을 재시동시키면서, 변속기를 체결하여 동력전달을 재개하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법. - 삭제

상기 도로의 경사도를 판정하는 단계(S300)는 차량의 가속도를 측정하는 단계(S310);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 도로의 경사도를 판정하는 단계(S300)는 기 저장된 경사도 맵에 따라 측정된 차량의 가속도에 대응하는 경사도를 판정하는 단계(S320);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 도로의 경사도를 판정하는 단계(S300)는 측정된 차량의 가속도가 기 설정된 제 1 기준 값 이하인지 판단하는 단계(S330);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 도로의 경사도를 판정하는 단계(S300)는 측정된 차량의 가속도가 상기 기 설정된 제 1 기준 값 이하인 경우에는 측정된 차량의 가속도가 기 설정된 제 2 기준 값 이상인지 판단하는 단계(S340);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 도로의 경사도를 판정하는 단계(S300)는 측정된 차량의 가속도가 상기 기 설정된 제 2 기준 값 이상인 경우에는 도로경사를 평지조건으로 판정하는 단계(S350);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 도로의 경사도를 판정하는 단계(S300)는 측정된 차량의 가속도가 상기 기 설정된 제 2 기준 값 이상이 아닌 경우에는 도로경사를 오르막조건으로 판정하는 단계(S360);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 도로의 경사도를 판정하는 단계(S300)는 차량의 가속도가 상기 기 설정된 제 1 기준 값 이하가 아닌 경우에는 도로경사를 내리막조건으로 판정하는 단계(S370);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법. - 제 1항, 제 4항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항의 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정방법이 저장된 저장매체.
- 제 11항의 저장매체(100);
엑셀페달의 작동 여부, 브레이크 페달의 작동 여부, 차량의 속도 및 차량의 가속도를 감지하는 감지부(200); 및
SSC 해제시 변속기(400)에 입력될 기어단수를 선정하고, 차량의 가속도에 따라 상기 기어단수를 보정하며, 보정된 기어단수를 상기 변속기(400)에 입력하도록 명령하는 제어부(300);
를 포함하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정장치. - 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 감지부(200)는 엑셀페달 감지부(210), 브레이크페달 감지부(220), 차량 속도 감지부(230) 및 차량 가속도 감지부(240)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SSC 해제시 기어단수 선정장치.
