Claims (12)
- ⒜ 부직포로 된 베이스층(10)을 중심으로 그 외면에 부직포 또는 직물로 된 외층(20)을 상호 대향되게 적층하되, 상기 베이스층에 먼저 내열성 접착제를 분사 도포함에 의해 점착층(30)을 구성하여 패널 몸체를 얻는 원단 준비 단계;
⒝ 상기 패널 몸체에 사방으로부터 온도 180~200℃의 열풍을 가하여 2~3분 가열함에 따라 베이스층(10)을 열팽창시킴과 아울러 점착층(30)을 베이스층 내부에 용융 침투시키는 예열 단계;
⒞ 상기 예열된 패널 몸체를 온도 -20~-11℃로 냉압 프레스에 의해 순간 압착하여 입체 형상으로 성형하는 냉압 성형 단계; 및
⒟ 상기 ⒞ 단계에서 얻어진 파티션 패널의 사방 가장자리 부위를 레이저 트리밍에 의해 커팅하는 절단 단계;를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파티션 패널의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 ⒜ 단계에서 베이스층(10)은 패널이 라운드형인 경우에는 9~13㎜이고 직선형인 경우에는 20~25㎜ 두께의 부직포이며, 외층(20)은 0.4~1.6㎜ 두께의 부직포 또는 폴리에스테르 섬유 원단을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 파티션 패널의 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 ⒜ 단계에서 내열성 접착제는 용융점이 120~125℃인 액상 폴리우레탄 접착제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 파티션 패널의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 ⒜ 단계에서 내열성 접착제의 도포 두께는 0.1~0.2㎜이고, 도포량은 60~70g/㎡임을 특징으로 하는 파티션 패널의 제조방법. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 ⒞ 단계에서 패널 몸체를 47,000~52,000㎏/㎠의 압력을 가하여 냉압 프레스 성형함을 특징으로 하는 파티션 패널의 제조방법. - 제1항 또는 제3항 내지 제5항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항으로부터 제조되고, 상하 다단으로 결합되며 직선 또는 라운드의 단면 형상을 가진 파티션 패널(1);
상기 파티션 패널의 전후면의 소정 위치에 밀착되게 접한 상태로 직립 설치되는 복수의 수직포스트(100); 및
상기 상하 파티션 패널과 전후면 한 쌍의 수직포스트를 상호 결합하도록 상기 상하 파티션 패널 사이에 설치되는 고정수단(300);을 포함하고,
상기 고정수단(300)은 상하로 배치되는 파티션 패널 사이에 삽입 설치되되, 일단은 파티션 패널의 전면부에, 타단은 파티션 패널의 후면부에 노출되는 고정부재(301);
상기 전후면 한 쌍의 수직포스트가 삽입 결합되도록 상기 고정부재의 양단부에 수직으로 관통 형성되는 관통공(302);
상기 수직포스트 상에 일정 높이마다 수평으로 관통 형성되는 제1체결공(303);
상기 제1체결공에 대응하도록 상기 고정부재의 측면에 수평으로 관통 형성되는 제2체결공(304); 및
상기 제1체결공 및 제2체결공을 관통 체결하는 볼트(305);를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파티션. - 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 상하로 배치되는 파티션 패널 사이를 상호 결합하도록 커넥터(400)를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파티션. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터(400)는 상하 소정 길이를 가지며, 상부에 배치되는 파티션 패널의 하부 및 하부에 배치되는 파티션 패널의 상부가 각각 삽입 결합되도록 상하부 내측에 서로 대칭되도록 체결홈(401,401b)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 파티션.
