Claims (26)
- 병렬 캐패시터에 충전되는 전력량을 조절하여 제1 데이터를 변조하는 변조부;
'상기 병렬 캐패시터를 충전하는 충전 타이밍' 및 '상기 병렬 캐패시터에 충전된 전력 및 상기 변조된 제1 데이터를 소스 공진기로 전달하는 전달 타이밍'에 따라 상기 병렬 커패시터 각각에 대응하는 스위치들을 제어하는 스위치 제어부;
상기 전달 타이밍이 상기 충전 타이밍으로 전환되는 시점의, 상기 병렬 캐패시터에 저장된 전력량에 기초하여, 변조된 제2 데이터를 복조하는 복조부; 및
상기 충전된 전력 및 상기 변조된 제1 데이터를 마그네틱 커플링을 통하여 전송하는 전송부
를 포함하는 무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
전원 공급 장치로부터 전력을 입력 받아 상기 병렬 캐패시터를 충전하는 전력 입력부; 및
상기 소스 공진기를 통하여 상기 전달 타이밍 동안, 타겟 공진기로부터 상기 변조된 제2 데이터를 수신하는 수신부
를 더 포함하는 무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전력 입력부는
DC 전원 공급 장치 또는 AC 전원 공급 장치로부터 전력을 입력 받아 병렬 캐패시터를 충전하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 변조부는
상기 전력량을 N개의 레벨로 양자화하여 상기 제1 데이터를 변조하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스위치 제어부는
하나의 캐패시터를 기준으로 상기 충전 타이밍과 상기 전달 타이밍이 오버래핑(overlapping)되지 않도록 상기 스위치들을 제어하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스위치 제어부는
충전된 병렬 캐패시터 각각에 대응하는 스위치들을 상기 전달 타이밍에 따라 일정 시간 간격으로 제어하여, 상기 충전된 전력 및 상기 변조된 제1 데이터를 상기 소스 공진기로 전달하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전달 타이밍은
충전된 병렬 캐패시터에 스위치가 연결되는데 필요한 제1 마진(marginal) 시간,
상기 병렬 캐패시터에 충전된 상기 무선 전력 및 상기 변조된 제1 데이터를 전송하는데 필요한 전송 시간 및
상기 전송 시간 종료 후, 상기 병렬 캐패시터에 연결된 상기 스위치를 개방하는데 필요한 제2 마진 시간을 포함하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복조부는
M개의 레벨로 양자화되어, 변조된 상기 제2 데이터를 기 설정된 맵핑 정보에 기초하여 복조하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전달 타이밍이 상기 충전 타이밍으로 전환되는 시점에서, 상기 병렬 캐패시터의 전압을 센싱하는 센싱부를 더 포함하고,
상기 복조부는 상기 센싱된 전압에 기초하여 상기 변조된 제2 데이터를 복조하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 장치. - 타겟 공진기를 통하여 무선 전력 및 변조된 제1 데이터를 수신하여 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터를 충전하는 수신부;
'상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터를 충전하는 충전 타이밍' 및 '상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 충전된 전력 및 복조된 제1 데이터를 타겟 디바이스에 전달하는 전달 타이밍'에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 커패시터 각각에 대응하는 스위치들을 제어하는 스위치 제어부;
상기 충전 타이밍이 상기 전달 타이밍으로 전환되는 시점의, 상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 저장된 전력량에 기초하여, 상기 변조된 제1 데이터를 복조하는 복조부; 및
상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 충전되는 전력량을 조절하여 제2 데이터를 변조하는 변조부
를 포함하는 무선 전력 및 데이터 수신 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 타겟 공진기를 통하여 상기 충전 타이밍 동안, 소스 공진기로 상기 변조된 제2 데이터를 전송하는 전송부; 및
상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 충전된 전력 및 상기 복조된 제1 데이터를 타겟 디바이스에 전달하는 전력 출력부
를 더 포함하는 무선 전력 및 데이터 수신 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 변조부는
상기 전력량을 M개의 레벨로 양자화하여 상기 제2 데이터를 변조하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 수신 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 스위치 제어부는
하나의 캐패시터를 기준으로 상기 충전 타이밍과 상기 전달 타이밍이 오버래핑(overlapping)되지 않도록 상기 스위치들을 제어하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 수신 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 스위치 제어부는
상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 저장된 전력을 감지하여 상기 충전 타이밍 및 상기 전달 타이밍을 제어하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 수신 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 스위치 제어부는

상기 충전 타이밍은
상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 스위치가 연결되는데 필요한 제1 마진(marginal) 시간,
상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 상기 무선 전력 및 상기 변조된 제1 데이터를 수신하는데 필요한 수신 시간 및(변조된 제2 데이터 전송도 이때 이루어짐)
상기 수신 시간 종료 후, 상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 연결된 상기 스위치를 개방하는데 필요한 제2 마진 시간을 포함하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 수신 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 복조부는
N개의 레벨로 양자화되어, 변조된 상기 제1 데이터를 기 설정된 맵핑 정보에 기초하여 복조하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 수신 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,

상기 소스 공진기로 전달된, 상기 충전된 전력 및 상기 변조된 제1 데이터를 마그네틱 커플링을 통하여 전송하는 단계; 및
상기 전달 타이밍이 상기 충전 타이밍으로 전환되는 시점의, 상기 병렬 캐패시터에 저장된 전력량에 기초하여, 변조된 제2 데이터를 복조하는 단계
를 포함하는 무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
전원 공급 장치로부터 전력을 입력 받아 상기 병렬 캐패시터를 충전하는 단계; 및
상기 소스 공진기를 통하여 상기 전달 타이밍 동안, 타겟 공진기로부터 상기 변조된 제2 데이터를 수신하는 단계
를 더 포함하는 무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 변조하는 단계는
상기 전력량을 N개의 레벨로 양자화하여 상기 제1 데이터를 변조하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 복조하는 단계는
M개의 레벨로 양자화되어, 변조된 상기 제2 데이터를 기 설정된 맵핑 정보에 기초하여 복조하는
무선 전력 및 데이터 전송 방법. - 타겟 공진기를 통하여 무선 전력 및 변조된 제1 데이터를 수신하여 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터를 충전하는 단계;
'상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터를 충전하는 충전 타이밍' 및 '상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 충전된 전력 및 복조된 제1 데이터를 타겟 디바이스에 전달하는 전달 타이밍'에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 커패시터 각각에 대응하는 스위치들을 제어하는 단계;
상기 충전 타이밍이 상기 전달 타이밍으로 전환되는 시점의, 상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 저장된 전력량에 기초하여, 상기 변조된 제1 데이터를 복조하는 단계; 및
상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 충전되는 전력량을 조절하여 제2 데이터를 변조하는 단계
를 포함하는 무선 전력 및 데이터 수신 방법. - 제23항에 있어서,
상기 타겟 공진기를 통하여 상기 충전 타이밍 동안, 소스 공진기로 상기 변조된 제2 데이터를 전송하는 단계; 및
상기 적어도 하나의 병렬 캐패시터에 충전된 전력 및 상기 복조된 제1 데이터를 타겟 디바이스에 전달하는 단계
를 더 포함하는 무선 전력 및 데이터 수신 방법. - 제23항에 있어서,
상기 변조하는 단계는
