Abstract
이에 따라 본 발명은, 플레이트에 삽입되어 체결되는 스크류가 임의의 각도에서 체결되게 하면서도 플레이트와 스크류의 암·수나사가 치밀한 상태로 체결되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)
- 골절된 뼈를 재건하는 잠금형 고정 시스템에 있어서:
상기 뼈 표면에 부착되어 지지하도록 하나 이상의 고정홀을 형성하는 플레이트;와, 상기 고정홀에 삽입되어 뼈 내에 식립되는 샤프트와, 상기 샤프트의 상단에 고정홀과 맞물려 체결되는 헤드를 형성하는 스크류;로 이루어지고,
상기 고정홀과 헤드는 구형의 형상프로파일로 형성되고, 내·외면에 쓰레드 커터가 형상프로파일의 중심점을 따라 소정의 피치만큼 수직하는 각도대로 암나사와 수나사가 형성되며, 상기 헤드가 고정홀에 축체결 외에도 임의의 각도에서 암·수나사를 체결시키는 성형홈을 포함하고,
상기 성형홈은 형상프로파일의 지름과 동일한 반지름을 가진 판형의 사이드 커터가 중심점에 수직하는 위치에서 피치만큼 방사형으로 절삭하여 나선형의 나사산을 미세 톱니형으로 전환된 암나사 및,
상기 성형홈은 형상프로파일과 동일한 지름을 가진 엔드밀이 샤프트의 외면에 인접된 상태에서 형상프로파일과 상호 대칭되는 영역까지 절삭하여 나선형의 나사산을 절삭날로 전환된 수나사를 특징으로 하는 정형외과 임플란트용 잠금형 고정 시스템. - 삭제
