도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 압축공기포 혼합장치를 도시한 배면 사시도이다.

Claims (7)
- 소화수와 포 원액을 공급받되, 포 원액의 공급량이 소화수의 공급량에 비례하여 조절되도록 포 원액의 유입을 조절하고, 공급받은 소화수와 포 원액을 혼합하여 포 수용액을 생성하는 제1혼합유닛; 및
상기 제1혼합유닛에서 생성된 포 수용액에 압축가스를 혼합시켜 압축공기포를 생성하는 제2혼합유닛;을 포함하고,
상기 제1혼합유닛은,
소화수가 유입되는 소화수유입부;
상기 소화수유입부를 통해 유입되는 소화수에 의해 회전되는 회전부;
상기 회전부의 회전에 연동되어 회전되며 포 원액을 흡입하기 위한 흡입력을 발생시키는 펌프부;
상기 펌프부에 의해 발생된 흡입력에 의해 포 원액이 흡입되는 포 원액흡입부;
상기 소화수유입부를 통해 유입된 소화수와 상기 포 원액흡입부를 통해 흡입된 포 원액을 혼합하여 포 수용액을 생성하는 포 수용액생성부; 및
상기 포 원액 흡입부 상에 설치되어 상기 포 원액흡입부를 통해 흡입되는 포 원액의 흡입량을 조절하도록 작동되는 조절밸브를 포함하여 이루어지는 포 원액조절부;를 포함하고,
상기 펌프부는, 상기 회전부의 회전축과 동일축으로 연결되어 상기 회전부의 회전에 비례하여 회전되며, 상기 소화수유입부를 통해 유입되는 소화수의 유량에 비례하는 양의 포 원액을 흡입하기 위한 흡입력을 발생시키고,
상기 포 원액조절부는, 상기 펌프부의 흡입력에 의해 상기 포 원액흡입부로 흡입되는 포 원액의 흡입량을 조절함으로써 상기 포 수용액생성부에서 소화수와 혼합되는 포 원액의 혼합비를 조절하고,
상기 제2혼합유닛은,
상기 제1혼합유닛에서 생성된 포 수용액이 유입되는 포 수용액유입부;
압축가스가 유입되는 압축가스유입부;
상기 포 수용액유입부를 통해 유입되는 포 수용액과 상기 압축가스유입부를 통해 유입되는 압축가스를 혼합하여 압축공기포를 생성하는 압축공기포생성부; 및
상기 제2혼합유닛에 잔여된 포 수용액 또는 압축공기포가 배출되는 드레인부를 포함하고,
압축가스의 유입속도를 각각 달리하며 압축가스를 상기 압축공기포생성부로 유입시키는 복수개의 압축가스유입부가 각각 서로 다른 위치에 마련되고,
압축가스를 공급하는 압축가스공급부가 복수개의 상기 압축가스유입부에 선택적으로 연결되어 연결된 상기 압축가스유입부에 압축가스를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기포 혼합장치.

상기 제2혼합유닛은, 상기 제1혼합유닛이 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 포 수용액을 공급받아 상기 압축공기포생성부로 유입시키는 비상공급부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기포 혼합장치.
