Claims (7)
- a. 합금철을 제조하기 위한 투입원료들을 혼합하고, 반응용기에 투입하되, 반응의 확산을 위해 원료를 산(山)의 형태로 적층하고, 상기 형태의 최상부를 평탄화하여 반응점화하여 산화-환원의 테르밋 반응을 유도하는 단계;
b. 상기 테르밋 반응으로 형성된 합금철 용탕을 경동방식 또는 하부 출탕구를 통하여 여러 개의 계단식으로 구성된 래들로 출탕하는 단계;
c. 상기 계단식 래들로 출탕된 용탕을 냉각시켜 고형화 시키는 단계;
d. 상기 고형화된 용탕으로부터 합금철과 슬래그로 분리시키는 단계;
를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 반응용기에는 내화재료 분말이 첨가되지 않으며, 내부에 내화물이 일체로 결합된 것이며, 상기 래들은 높이를 달리하여 상하로 배열되되, 최상부 계단식 래들에 출탕을 하고 용탕이 래들 용량을 초과하여 하부 래들로 순차적으로 넘쳐 흘러 주입되도록 배열되고, 상기 출탕은 용탕의 중량을 1로 하였을 때, 분당 0.067 ~ 0.1의 중량을 출탕하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화-환원의 테르밋 반응에 의한 합금철의 제조 방법. - 삭제

금속과 슬래그의 비중차이에 의거하여 상단 래들에는 금속, 하단 래들에는 슬래그 성분이 각각 주로 수집되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화-환원의 테르밋 반응에 의한 합금철의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 계단식 래들로 출탕된 합금철 용탕을 냉각시켜 고형화 시키는 단계;에서는 공냉으로 용탕의 표면을 고형화시키고, 수냉으로 마무리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화-환원의 테르밋 반응에 의한 합금철의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
반응에 따른 출탕 이후 즉시 원료를 투입하여 다시 반응시키고 출탕함으로써 테르밋 반응을 연속으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화-환원의 테르밋 반응에 의한 합금철의 제조 방법.
