Abstract
Description
FIG.1은 퓨전 다운-드로우 공법에 의해서 유리시트를 만드는 아이소파이프 작동을 개괄적으로 도시한다.
FIG.2는 P2O5-Y2O3 의 2성분계로 이루어진 평형 다이어그램이다.
FIG.3은 YP-유리, YP-glass 및 Y2O3의 혼합물의 시차주사열량계(differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) diagram)이다.
FIG.4는 1000℃까지 가열된 이후 YP-유리의 XRD 그래프이다.
FIG.5는 1000℃에서 잠시 휴지기를 가진 후, 1200℃ 까지 소성한 후에 FIG.4에서 보여준 같은 혼합물의 XRD 그래프이다.
FIG.6은 1580℃까지 소성한 후 FIG.4 와 FIG.5에서 보여준 같은 혼합물의 XRD 그래프이다.
FIG.7은 1580℃ 까지 소성한 후 Y2O3의 다른 비율을 가지는 YP-유리 와 Y2O3 의 세개의 다른 혼합물에 대해 30°2θ주변에 위치한 XRD 그래프의 일부분이다.
FIG.8은 본 발명의 하나의 실시 예에 따라서 만들어진 세라믹 물질의 SEM 이미지이다.

Claims (22)
- Y2O3·(P2O5)x을 포함하는 화학 조성물을 포함하는 결정 물질을 제조하는 방법으로서, 여기서 x는 결정 물질의 조성물 내에서 P2O5 대 Y2O3의 몰 비율이고, 0.30 ≤ x ≤ 1.20이며,
(Ⅰ)연화온도 Tsoft를 가지며, Y2O3·(P2O5)y을 포함하는 조성물을 포함하는 YP-유리를 제공하는 단계, 여기서 y는 YP-유리 안에서 P2O5 대 Y2O3의 몰 비율이고, 1.6 ≤ y ≤ 9.0;
(Ⅱ)Y-소스 물질을 제공하는 단계;
(Ⅲ)용융시 P2O5 대 Y2O3의 몰 비율이 x와 같고, 다수의 YP-유리 입자와 다수의 Y-소스 물질 입자를 포함하는 혼합물을 얻는 단계; 및
(Ⅳ)상기 YP-유리가 흐르도록 Tsoft 온도보다 높은 T1 온도까지 (Ⅲ)단계 과정으로부터 얻은 혼합물을 가열하는 단계, 여기서 제1 세라믹이 얻어짐;을 포함하는 결정 물질을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
(Ⅲ)단계에서, 상기 혼합물의 x가 0.95 ≤ x ≤ 1.00의 범위인 혼합물이 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 결정 물질을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
(Ⅲ)단계에서, 상기 혼합물의 x가 1.00 ≤ x ≤ 1.05의 범위인 혼합물이 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 결정 물질을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 결정 물질은 균일한 화학 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정 물질을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
T1은 1000℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 결정 물질을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 3중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 결정 물질은 순수한 YPO4상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정 물질을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(Ⅲ)단계에서 상기 혼합물은 YP-유리의 입자에 더해서,
(Ⅲ-M-1) Y2O3입자;
(Ⅲ-M-2) Y2O3·(P2O5)z을 포함하는 조성물을 가진 화학식으로 표시되는 조성물을 포함하는 두 번째 Y-소스 물질의 입자, 여기서 z는 YP-유리에서 P2O5 대 Y2O3의 몰 비율이고, z는 z < 1; 및
(Ⅲ-M-3) (Ⅳ)단계에서, Y2O3으로 이동할 수 있는 세 번째 Y-소스 물질의 입자; 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정 물질을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 얻어진 결정 물질은 8 부피% 미만의 공극률을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정 물질을 제조하는 방법. - 삭제
