Description
Claims (19)
- 복수개의 광원;상기 광원에서 방출된 빛이 입사되도록 상기 광원과 교대로 배치되는 복수개의 도광판; 및상기 광원과 상기 도광판을 수납하는 샤시;를 포함하고,상기 복수개의 도광판은 상기 샤시의 중앙영역을 향하도록 대칭을 이루며 서로 이격되어 배치되고, 상기 중앙영역에서 마주하는 한 쌍의 도광판은 서로 연결되어 빛이 혼합되고,상기 광원은 상기 샤시의 바닥면에 수평하게 배치되고 회로 배선을 구비하는 기판, 및 LED 칩이 상기 도광판의 입광면을 향하도록 상기 기판상에 수직하게 실장되는 복수의 LED 패키지를 포함하고,상기 LED 패키지는 상기 LED 칩이 장착되는 수용공간을 갖는 본체 및 상기 수용공간의 바닥면에 구비되어 상기 본체를 관통하는 히트 싱크를 포함하고,상기 LED 칩은 상기 수용공간의 바닥면에서 상기 히트 싱크 상에 장착되어 상기 히트 싱크는 상기 LED 칩에서 발생되는 열이 직접적으로 외부로 방출되도록 상기 본체의 후면을 통해서 외부로 노출되고,상기 히트 싱크는 적어도 일부가 상기 본체의 측면을 관통하여 외부로 돌출되도록 연장되며, 상기 LED 패키지가 상기 기판 상에 수직하게 실장될 때 상기 돌출된 히트 싱크가 상기 기판과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중앙영역에 배치되는 상기 도광판은 일측면에 빛이 입사되는 입광면을 구비하고, 상기 입광면과 대향하는 타측면에 다른 입광면을 구비하여 한 쌍의 입광면이 상기 도광판의 중앙영역을 사이에 두고 대칭을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 광원은 각각 상기 샤시의 중앙영역 방향으로 빛을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED 패키지는 상기 회로 배선과 전기적으로 연결되는 리드 단자를 상기 본체의 측면을 따라 구비하여 상기 측면을 통해 상기 기판 상에 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 리드 단자는 상기 본체의 후면과 수평하게 상기 본체의 단축방향 측면으로부터 각각 돌출되는 제1 리드와, 상기 제1 리드의 단부로부터 수직하게 절곡되어 상기 본체의 정면을 향해 연장되며, 일단부가 상기 본체의 장축방향 측면을 향 해 수직하게 절곡되어 형성되는 제2 리드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제2 리드는 상기 본체의 단축방향 측면 및 장축방향 측면과 평행하도록 형성되어 전체적으로 'L'자 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광원은 상기 복수의 LED 패키지에 구비되는 각 LED 칩이 동일한 방향을 향하도록 상기 복수의 LED 패키지가 바 형태의 상기 기판 상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 복수개의 광원;상기 광원에서 방출된 빛이 입사되도록 상기 광원과 교대로 배치되는 복수개의 도광판; 및상기 광원과 상기 도광판을 수납하는 샤시;를 포함하고,상기 복수개의 도광판은 상기 샤시의 중앙영역을 향하도록 대칭을 이루며 서로 이격되어 배치되고, 상기 복수의 광원 중 도광판과 다른 도광판 사이에 각각 배치되는 광원은 인접한 양측의 도광판으로 빛을 방출하여 빛이 혼합되고,상기 광원은 상기 샤시의 바닥면에 수평하게 배치되고 회로 배선을 구비하는 기판, 및 LED 칩이 상기 도광판의 입광면을 향하도록 상기 기판상에 수직하게 실장되는 복수의 LED 패키지를 포함하고,상기 LED 패키지는 상기 LED 칩이 장착되는 수용공간을 갖는 본체 및 상기 수용공간의 바닥면에 구비되어 상기 본체를 관통하는 히트 싱크를 포함하고,상기 LED 칩은 상기 수용공간의 바닥면에서 상기 히트 싱크 상에 장착되어 상기 히트 싱크는 상기 LED 칩에서 발생되는 열이 직접적으로 외부로 방출되도록 상기 본체의 후면을 통해서 외부로 노출되며,상기 히트 싱크는 적어도 일부가 상기 본체의 측면을 관통하여 외부로 돌출되도록 연장되며, 상기 LED 패키지가 상기 기판 상에 수직하게 실장될 때 상기 돌출된 히트 싱크가 상기 기판과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 광원은 각 광원에 인접한 도광판의 입광면과 다른 도광판의 측단면 사이에서 상기 입광면과 상기 측단면의 양 방향으로 빛을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
