Claims (6)
- 방폭지역의 출입구에 설치해 인체축적 정전기를 측정 및 제거하는 정전기 제거부스에 있어서,
내부에 공간부인 분무실이 형성되고 분무실과 외부를 연결하는 출입구를 제외하고는 폐구된 통체로 분무실의 바닥면은 지상과 접지가 이루어진 본체와; 상기 본체 분무실 내벽에 다수 설치되어 수분을 분무형태로 분사하는 수분분사구와; 상기 본체 내부에 설치되어 내장 또는 외부로부터 공급받은 수분을 수분분사구로 고압이송시키는 펌프와; 상기 본체 전면 중 출입구의 일측 외면에 설치되어 출입자로부터 정전기를 전달받아 접지하여 방전시키는 방전모듈이 포함된 터치패드와, 본체 전면 중 출입구 상부 또는 터치패드 상부에 위치하여 방전과정에서 정전기량에 대응하는 값을 표시하는 표시부와, 상기 표시부에 표시되는 값이 설정된 값 이상으로 나타나면 경고음이 출력되는 음성출력부와, 상기 정전기 표시 및 음성출력에 대한 신호제어와, 펌프의 작동신호를 포함한 신호흐름을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 제어패널;을 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 본체의 분무실은, 내벽정면과 내벽양측면이 원형 또는 타원의 곡면으로 형성되고, 출입구 양측인 내벽후면은 분무실 중심을 향하도록 갈고리 형태로 굴곡진 굴곡면이 형성되고,
상기 수분분사구는, 분무실의 내벽정면에 다수개가 복수열로 수직 형성하여 내벽양측면을 향해 분사된 수분이 내벽면을 따라 이동하면서 굴곡면에서 선회하여 출입자의 후면에 분사되도록 하되, 상기 복수열의 수분분사구는 일측열의 수분분사구가 다른열의 수분분사구와 근접한 내벽측면을 향하여 서로 지그재그로 교차되어 분사가 이루어지되 내벽측면에 20~60°의 경사각으로 접촉되도록 분사가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 제거부스. - 삭제
