Claims (5)
- 바닥면에 증기발생장치(110)에 의해 가열되는 증기가 배출되는 증기배출구를 갖춘 수조(103)를 구비하고, 개폐가능하게 결합되는 뚜껑에 의해 밀폐되며, 상기 수조(103)의 상측면에 제재목이 적층된 빠렛트(105)를 이동가능하게 수용하는 건조실(101)과;
상기 건조실(101)을 구성하는 외피의 내측 내화벽돌 속에 설치되어 상기 건조실(101)내부 온도를 설정된 범위로 가열시키는 열기건조장치(104)와;
상기 건조실(101)의 내부압력을 설정된 범위로 조절하기 위해 상기 건조실의 외벽에 결합되어 상기 건조실속으로 체적물(131)을 진후진시키는 유압실린더(130)로 구성된 건조실가압장치(130)와;
상기 건조실의 압력을 일시에 소거하기 위해 건조실(101)의 외피 둘레에 결합되는 압력조절용 댐퍼가 결합된 압력배관(121a)과, 상기 압력배관(121a)으로부터 분기되어 상기 건조실(101)속에 결합된 압력배출구(121)로 이루어진 압력소거장치(120)와;
상기 건조실(101)속으로 불활성가스를 충진하기 위한 불활성가스 충진장치(150)와;
상기 제재목을 냉각시키기 위하여 상기 건조실(101)의 상부에 설치되는 살수장치(140) 및;
운전모드 설정부(11)와, 건조실(101)내의 분위기 온도를 설정하기 위한 온도 설정부(12)와, 건조실(101)내의 분위기 압력을 설정하기 위한 압력설정부(13), 건조실(101)내의 온도와 압력을 4.3hPa 이내로 유지시키기 위한 분위기 유지시간 설정부(14)를 포함하는 설정부(10a)와, 상기 건조실(101)내의 압력과 온도를 센싱하여 그 센싱값을 컨트롤러(10)로 전달하는 압력감지센서 및 온도감지센서 및 습도감지센서를 포함하는 센싱부(20) 및 센싱부(20)의 각 센싱값을 받아 설정값을 비교하여 증기발생장치(110), 열기건조장치(104), 건조실가압장치(130), 불활성가스 충진장치(150), 압력소거장치(120), 살수장치(140)의 작동여부를 선택적으로 제어하는 릴레이 또는 복수개의 타이머를 선택적으로 포함하는 컨트롤러(10)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 목재 건조장치. - 삭제
