Description
도 2는 비교예 1에 따른 점착 필름에 대해 점착제 빠짐 현상을 확인한 사진이다.
Claims (30)
- 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기를 가지며, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 -10 ℃ 이하인 제 1 아크릴레이트계 단량체;
가교성 관능기를 가지는 제 2 아크릴레이트계 단량체; 및
탄소수 1 내지 6의 선형 또는 분지형의 알킬기를 가지며, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 0 내지 100 ℃인 제 3 아크릴레이트계 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물의 공중합체를 포함하는 점착제 조성물의 경화물인 점착제층을 포함하고,
상기 점착제층은 활성화된 표면층을 가지며,
상기 공중합체의 중량평균분자량이 1,000,000 내지 3,000,000이고, 산가가 1.0 이하인 점착 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
가교성 관능기를 가지는 제 2 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 수산기를 포함하는 아크릴레이트계 단량체, 글리시딜기를 포함하는 아크릴레이트계 단량체, 이소시아네이트기를 포함하는 아크릴레이트계 단량체 및 질소 함유 관능기를 포함하는 아크릴레이트계 단량체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 점착 필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
수산기를 포함하는 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 하이드록시에틸 (메타)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필 (메타)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시부틸 (메타)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시헥실 (메타)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시옥틸 (메타)크릴레이트, 하이드록시에틸렌글리콜 (메타)아크릴레이트 및 하이드록시프로필렌글리콜 (메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 점착 필름.

- 제 2 항에 있어서,
글리시딜기를 포함하는 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 글리시딜 (메타)아크릴레이트, 에폭시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트 또는 에폭시시클로알킬알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트 중 적어도 하나인 점착 필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
질소 함유 관능기를 포함하는 아크릴레이트계 단량체는, (메타)아크릴로니트릴, (메타)아크릴아마이드, N-메틸 (메타)아크릴아미드, N-메틸롤 (메타)아크릴아미드 N,N-메틸렌비스 아크릴아마이드, N,N-디메틸 (메타)아크릴아마이드, N,N-디에틸 (메타)아크릴아마이드, N-비닐 피롤리돈 및 N-비닐 카프로락탐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 점착 필름.

제 3 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 메틸 아크릴레이트 또는 t-부틸 (메타)아크릴레이트인 점착 필름.

단량체 혼합물은 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기를 가지며, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 -10 ℃ 이하인 제 1 아크릴레이트계 단량체 55 중량부 내지 99.5 중량부; 가교성 관능기를 가지는 제 2 아크릴레이트계 단량체 0.5 중량부 내지 10 중량부; 및 탄소수 1 내지 6의 선형 또는 분지형의 알킬기를 가지며, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 0 내지 100 ℃인 제 3 아크릴레이트계 단량체 0.1 중량부 내지 40 중량부를 포함하는 점착 필름.

점착제 조성물은 가교제를 추가로 포함하는 점착 필름.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
가교제는 이소시아네이트계 화합물, 에폭시계 화합물, 아지리딘계 화합물 및 금속 킬레이트계 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 점착 필름.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
이소시아네이트계 화합물이 톨리렌 디이소시아네이트, 크실렌 디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소보론 디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸크실렌 디이소시아네이트 또는 나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트이거나, 또는 톨리렌 디이소시아네이트, 크실렌 디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소보론 디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸크실렌 디이소시아네이트 또는 나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트와 폴리올과의 반응물인 점착 필름.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
에폭시계 화합물이 에틸렌글리콜 디글리시딜에테르, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디글리시딜에테르, 트리글리시딜에테르, 글리세린 디글리시딜에테르, 글리세린 트리글리시딜에테르, 1,6-헥산디올 디글리시딜에테르, 트리메틸롤프로판 트리글리시딜에테르, 디글리시딜아닐린, N,N,N'N'-테트라글리시딜 에틸렌디아민 및 N,N,N'N'-테트라글리시딜-1,3-디메틸벤젠으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 점착 필름.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
아지리딘계 화합물이 N,N'-톨루엔-2,4-비스(1-아지리딘카르복사미드), N,N'-디페닐메탄-4,4'-비스(1-아지리딘카르복사미드), 트리에틸렌 멜라민, 비스이소프로탈로일-1-(2-메틸아지리딘) 및 트리-1-아지리디닐포스핀옥시드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 점착 필름.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
가교제의 함량은 점착제 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 10 중량부인 점착 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
점착제 조성물은 가교촉매를 추가로 포함하는 점착 필름.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,
가교촉매는 트리메틸아미노에틸에탄올아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸헥산디아민, 트리에틸아민, 이미다졸, 나프텐산 코발트, 디부틸 주석 디아세테이트, 디부틸 주석 디아세틸아세토네이트, 테트라-n-부틸 주석, 트리메틸 주석 히드록시드 및 디부틸 주석 디라우레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 점착 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
점착제 조성물은 실란계 커플링제를 추가로 포함하는 점착 필름.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,
실란계 커플링제는 에틸트리메톡시실란, β-(3,4 에폭시시클로헥실), γ-글리시독시프로필 트리메톡시실란, γ-글리시독시프로필메틸 디에톡시실란, γ-글리시독시프로필 트리에톡시실란, 3-메르캅토프로필 트리메톡시실란, 비닐 트리메톡시실란, 비닐 트리에톡시실란, γ-메타크릴옥시프로필 트리메톡시실란, γ-메타크릴옥시프로필 트리에톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필 트리에톡시실란, 3-이소시아네이트프로필 트리에톡시실란 및 γ-아세토아세테이트프로필 트리메톡시실란으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 점착 필름.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,
실란계 커플링제의 함량은 점착제 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 10 중량부인 점착 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
점착층의 두께가 0.1 내지 25 ㎛인 점착 필름.
- 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기를 가지며, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 -10 ℃ 이하인 제 1 아크릴레이트계 단량체; 가교성 관능기를 가지는 제 2 아크릴레이트계 단량체; 및 탄소수 1 내지 6의 선형 또는 분지형의 알킬기를 가지며, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 0 내지 100 ℃인 제 3 아크릴레이트계 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물의 공중합체이며, 산가가 1.0 이하이고 중량평균분자량이 1,000,000 내지 3,000,000인 공중합체를 포함하는 점착제 조성물을, 기재 상에 도포한 후 점착제층의 표면을 활성화 처리하여 활성화된 표면층을 포함하는 점착제층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 점착 필름의 제조방법.

기재는 폴리에스테르 필름, 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 필름, 폴리에틸렌 필름, 폴리프로필렌 필름, 폴리부텐 필름, 폴리부타디엔 필름, 염화 비닐 공중합체 필름 또는 폴리이미드 필름인 점착 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서,
활성화 처리는 코로나 방전 처리인 점착 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서,
코로나 방전 처리는 1500 W 내지 2000 W의 출력 강도로 실시하는 점착 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 점착 필름을 포함하는 광학부재.
- 액정 셀; 및
제 29 항에 따른 광학부재
를 포함하는 액정표시장치.
