Claims (15)
- (a) 태양 복사를 투과시키는 열 절연 요소;
(b) 밀봉된 인클로저 내부의 에워싸인 기체에 사용가능한 체적을 갖는 밀봉된 인클로저;
(c) 상기 열 절연 요소를 통해 전송된 태양 복사를 흡수하도록 구성된 흡수 요소로서, 상기 흡수 요소는 상기 밀봉된 인클로저 내부에 존재하고, 상기 흡수 요소는 상기 에워싸인 기체와 열 접촉하는, 흡수 요소;
(d) 상기 밀봉된 인클로저 내부의 고정된 체적 요소와. 상기 밀봉된 인클로저 외부의 팽창가능한 격실과. 상기 고정된 체적과 상기 팽창가능한 격실 사이에서 상기 에워싸인 기체의 흐름을 허용하도록 구성된 연결 덕트를 포함하는 가변 부분을 포함하고,
상기 고정된 체적 요소의 상기 에워싸인 기체의 가열시, 상기 고정된 체적 요소로부터 상기 팽창가능한 격실까지 기체가 흐르고, 상기 팽창가능한 격실은 상기 에워싸인 기체에 사용가능한 체적을 증가시키기 위해 변화하고, 상기 밀봉된 인클로저의 내부 온도를 감소시키고, 상기 에워싸인 기체의 압력을 태양 에너지 모듈의 구조적으로 견딜 수 있는 한계 내로 유지하는, 태양 복사를 열 에너지로 변환하기 위한 태양 에너지 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밀봉된 인클로저의 압력은 외부 환경 압력과 평형으로 유지되는 태양 에너지 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열 절연 요소는 태양 복사에 대해 투과성을 갖는 적어도 하나의 구조적 부품을 포함하고,
상기 부품은
(ⅰ) 다수의 투명 인클로저들을 포함하는 절연부;
(ⅱ) 인클로저 내에 배치된 절연 비드들의 층; 및
(ⅲ) 기다란 셀들의 어레이
로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 태양 에너지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡수 요소와 열적으로 결합하는, 상기 밀봉된 인클로저 내부의 증발 체적; 및
태양 에너지 모듈 외부의 응축 벌브를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 히트 파이프를 추가로 포함하고,
열은 상기 히트 파이프에 의해 상기 증발 체적으로부터 상기 응축 벌브로 전달되어, 태양 에너지 모듈의 내부로부터 상기 밀봉된 인클로저의 외부로 열이 방출되는 태양 에너지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열 절연 요소는 기다란 셀들을 포함하며, 상기 셀들 위에 유연한 투명 층이 배치되며, 상기 유연한 투명 층의 두 개의 측면들 사이의 압력차는 상기 층을 국부적으로 늘려 상기 압력 차를 감소시키게 되는
태양 에너지 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
(e) 상기 흡수 요소에 열적으로 결합되고 태양 에너지 모듈 내부에 존재하는 축열 요소를 추가로 포함하고,
상기 흡수 요소에 의해 흡수된 태양 복사로부터의 열은 열 전도를 거쳐 상기 축열 요소에 전달되는
태양 에너지 모듈.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 축열 요소로부터의 열은 상기 축열 요소로부터 최종 사용자 애플리케이션으로 전달되는
태양 에너지 모듈.
