Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은 재생 자기현상롤러의 길이방향에 대응하는 폭을 가지면서 자기현상롤러의 표면에 접하는 몸체의 선단에 10~30㎛의 입자 크기를 갖는 다이아몬드 분말이 전착되어 다이아몬드 분말에 의해 자기현상롤러의 표면에 둘레를 따라서 동심원으로 스크래치를 형성하도록 구성된다.

Claims (3)
- 재생 자기현상롤러의 길이방향에 대응하는 폭을 가지면서 자기현상롤러의 표면에 접하는 몸체의 선단에 2단으로 상부 및 하부 다이아몬드가 배치되되, 상기 상부 다이아몬드는 15㎛의 입자크기를 가지고 횡방향으로 일렬로 30㎛의 간격을 가지면서 배치되고, 하부 다이아몬드는 상부 다이아몬드의 하측에서 상부 다이아몬드의 횡방향 간격 사이에 해당하는 위치에서 횡방향으로 일렬로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 자기현상롤러의 표면 처리장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 선단에는 자기현상롤러의 스크래치 형성시에 발생하는 분진을 흡입하기 위한 흡입구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 자기현상롤러의 표면 처리장치.
