Abstract
Description
도 2 의 (a) ∼ (f) 는, 중실 환봉을 밸브 본체로 성형할 때까지의 과정을 순서대로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3 은, 열간 단조용 프레스 금형의 개략 구성도로서, 도 3 의 (a) ∼ 도 3 의 (d) 는 중실 환봉을 반완성품으로 성형할 때까지의 동작을 순서대로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4 는, 반완성품의 중공공에 대한 절삭 가공의 모습을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5 는, 로터리 스웨이징 가공 장치의 개략 구성도로서, 도 5 의 (a) 는 그 평면도, 도 5 의 (b) 는 그 측면도이다.
도 6 은, 반완성품의 네크부에 대한 절삭 가공의 모습을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 7 은, 네킹 가공 장치의 개략 구성도로서, 반완성품을 밸브 본체로 성형할 때까지의 동작을 나타낸 도면이다.
Claims (4)
- 밸브 우산부와 당해 밸브 우산부에 접속되는 중공축부에 걸쳐 중공공이 형성된 밸브 본체를 구비하는 중공 엔진 밸브의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 밸브 본체의 소재가 되는 중실 환봉을, 1 회의 열간 단조에 의해, 상기 밸브 우산부에 대응한 반완성품 밸브 우산부와 상기 중공축부에 대응한 반완성품 중공축부에 걸쳐 형성되는 상기 중공공에 대응한 반완성품 중공공에, 중자의 삽입에 의한 단차를 발생시키지 않고, 밸브 본체 반완성품으로 성형하고,
상기 밸브 본체 반완성품에 대해, 상기 밸브 본체 반완성품을 회전시키면서, 상기 반완성품 중공축부의 외주면을 가압하는 로터리 스웨이징 가공을 실시함으로써, 상기 반완성품 중공축부의 직경을 축경함과 함께, 상기 반완성품 중공축부의 축 길이를 길게 하고,
로터리 스웨이징 가공 후의 상기 밸브 본체 반완성품에 대해, 상기 반완성품 중공축부와, 상기 반완성품 밸브 우산부와 상기 반완성품 중공축부 사이의 접속 부분이 되는 반완성품 네크부를 단계적으로 드로잉하는 네킹 가공을 실시함으로써, 상기 반완성품 중공축부의 직경을 축경함과 함께, 상기 반완성품 중공축부의 축 길이를 길게 하여, 당해 밸브 본체 반완성품을 상기 밸브 본체로 성형하고,
상기 밸브 본체에 있어서의 상기 중공축부의 단부에 상기 중공공을 봉지하도록 축단 봉지 부재를 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 엔진 밸브의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 반완성품 밸브 우산부 내에 있어서의 상기 반완성품 중공공의 하단에, 내경이 상기 반완성품 중공공의 내경보다 대직경이 되는 반완성품 확경공부를 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 엔진 밸브의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
네킹 가공 전에 상기 반완성품 네크부가 소정의 두께가 되도록 당해 반완성품 네크부를 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 엔진 밸브의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
냉매용 금속 나트륨을 상기 중공공 내에 넣은 후, 상기 축단 봉지 부재를 상기 중공축부의 단부에 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 엔진 밸브의 제조 방법.
