Claims (10)
- 담지크롬촉매(supported chromium catalyst)의 존재 하에서 슬러리 루프(slurry loop) 중합 또는 공중합에 의하여 에틸렌 단중합체 혹은 공중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
이에 의해 취득한 중합체분말은 500g/L 이상의 분말밀도를 가지고, 이때 상기 담지크롬촉매는 반응종료 촉매(finished catalyst) 내의 성분을 기준으로 0.01 내지 5중량%의 크롬함유량을 가지며, ISO 13320-2009에 따라 측정된 입자크기분포는 2개의 주단편(main fraction)을 포함하는데, 그 중 하나는 15 내지 40μm의 d50을 가지고 다른 하나는 45 내지 80μm의 d50을 가지며, 총 d10값(total d10 value)은 20μm 미만인 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
총 d10값이 15μm 미만인 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 주단편 2개 중 하나는 20 내지 30μm의 d50을 가지고, 다른 하나는 30 내지 40μm의 d50을 가지는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 담지크롬촉매는,
(a) 프로톤성 극성용매 또는 비(非)프로톤성 극성용매 내에 유기 또는 무기 크롬화합물을 포함하는 균일용액을 제조하는 단계,
(b) (a)에서 얻은 상기 용액을 분무건조 실리카재(材)와 접촉시키는 단계,
(c) 상기 고체로부터 상기 용매를 제거하는 단계,
(d) 상기 고체를 350 내지 1050℃의 온도로, 산화조건 하에서 소성시키는 단계, 에 의해 제조하는 방법으로,
상기 방법은, 상기 단계 (b) 내지 (d) 중 적어도 하나의 단계에 있어서 상기 고체가 하나는 15 내지 40μm의 d50을 가지고 다른 하나는 45 내지 80μm의 d50을 가지는 상기 주단편 2개의 조합으로 이루어지는 방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 조합은 상기 단계 (d) 이전에 만들어지며, 여기서, 15 내지 40μm의 d50을 가지는 것과 45 내지 80μm의 d50을 가지는 것인 분무건조 실리카담지재 2종의 조합이 제조되는 방법. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 촉매의 존재 하에서의 중합은, 100바 미만의 압력 하에 루프반응기에서 진행되는 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매의 존재 하에서의 중합은, 중합체를 연속적으로 배출하는 루프반응기에서 진행되는 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체는 500g/l 이상(≥500g/l)의 높은 벌크밀도(high bulk density)를 가지고, 이중 1.5중량% 미만이 125μm 미만(<125μm)의 미세수준(level of fines)을 가지는 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
사용된 크롬화합물이 3가 크롬과 유기산 혹은 무기산의 염인 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
Zr 화합물이 추가적으로 사용되는 방법.
