Claims (12)
- 스크롤 압축기로서,
하우징;
선회 스크롤(orbiting scroll);
고정 스크롤;
편심 샤프트 부분의 회전에 의해 상기 고정 스크롤에 대한 선회 운동이 상기 선회 스크롤에 부여되게 하는 편심 샤프트 부분을 갖는 구동 샤프트; 및
상기 선회 스크롤에 대해 상기 고정 스크롤을 축방향으로 이격시키기 위해 상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 하우징 사이에 각각 배치된 적어도 두 개의 축방향 스페이서를 포함하고,
상기 축방향 스페이서는 각각의 상기 축방향 스페이서의 두께를 달리함으로써 상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 선회 스크롤 사이의 이격의 각도 조정을 가능하게 하는
스크롤 압축기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 축방향 스페이서는 상기 선회 스크롤에 대해 상기 고정 스크롤을 축방향으로 이격시키거나 및/또는 상기 선회 스크롤에 대해 상기 고정 스크롤을 각도(angularly) 정렬하도록 구성되는
스크롤 압축기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고정 스크롤은 상기 선회 스크롤의 선회 스크롤 벽과 협동하기 위한 고정 스크롤 벽을 포함하는 반경방향 내부 부분과 상기 하우징에 고정하기 위한 반경방향 외부 부분을 포함하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 축방향 스페이서는 상기 고정 스크롤의 반경방향 외부 부분과 상기 하우징 사이에 배치된
스크롤 압축기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고정 스크롤의 원주(circumference) 둘레에 인접 스페이서로부터 대체로 동일한 각도로 이격 배치된 복수의 축방향 스페이서들을 포함하는
스크롤 압축기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 및/또는 상기 고정 스크롤은 상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 하우징 사이의 위치에 상기 적어도 하나의 축방향 스페이서를 배치하기 위한 수단을 포함하는
스크롤 압축기. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 축방향 스페이서는 상기 고정 스크롤을 상기 하우징에 체결하기 위한 체결 부재를 수용하기 위한 제 1 관통 보어를 갖는
스크롤 압축기. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 축방향 스페이서는 상기 고정 스크롤을 상기 하우징에 고정하는 동안 상기 적어도 하나의 축방향 스페이서를 제 위치에 유지하기 위한 유지 부재를 수용하기 위한 제 2 관통 보어를 갖는
스크롤 압축기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징과 상기 고정 스크롤 중 하나는 환형 리세스를 포함하고, 상기 환형 리세스는 밀봉 부재를 수용하기 위해 반경방향으로 개방되고, 상기 밀봉 부재는, 복수의 상이한 두께의 스페이서들 중 임의의 하나가 상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 하우징 사이에 배치될 때에 상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 하우징 사이를 밀봉하기 위해 상기 하우징과 상기 고정 스크롤 중 다른 하나에 대해 압축되는
스크롤 압축기. - 스크롤 압축기를 조립하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 스크롤 압축기의 하우징에서 구동 샤프트의 편심 샤프트 부분에 대해 선회 스크롤을 지지하는 단계;
상기 하우징 또는 상기 고정 스크롤에 대해 적어도 하나의 선택된 축방향 스페이서를 제 위치에 배치하는 단계; 및
상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 선회 스크롤 사이의 축방향으로의 이격 및/또는 각도 정렬(angular alignment)이 상기 적어도 하나의 축방향 스페이서의 축방향 두께에 의해 결정되도록 상기 고정 스크롤을 상기 하우징에 고정하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 단계들은 순차적으로 실행되는
스크롤 압축기 조립 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
복수의 축방향 스페이서들을 상기 압축기의 중심 축선에 대해 인접 스페이서로부터 대체로 동일한 각도로 이격 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하는
스크롤 압축기 조립 방법. - 스크롤 압축기의 고정 스크롤과 선회 스크롤 사이의 축방향으로의 이격 및/또는 각도 정렬을 조정하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 스크롤 압축기의 하우징으로부터 고정 스크롤을 제거하는 단계;
상기 하우징과 상기 고정 스크롤 사이의 하나 이상의 축방향 스페이서를 상이한 축방향 두께의 하나 이상의 축방향 스페이서로 대체하는 단계; 및
상기 고정 스크롤을 상기 하우징에 고정하는 단계를 포함하는
조정 방법. - 스크롤 압축기를 조립하기 위한 키트로서,
하우징;
선회 스크롤;
고정 스크롤;
편심 샤프트 부분의 회전에 의해 상기 고정 스크롤에 대한 선회 운동이 상기 선회 스크롤에 부여되게 하는 편심 샤프트 부분을 갖는 구동 샤프트; 및
상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 선회 스크롤을 축방향으로 이격시키거나 및/또는 각도 정렬하기 위한 상이한 축방향 두께의 복수의 축방향 스페이서를 포함하고,
하나 이상의 선택된 축방향 스페이서는 상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 선회 스크롤을 정확하게 이격 및/또는 각도 정렬하기 위해 상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 하우징 사이에 배치될 수 있는
