- 호스 클립에 복합피막을 통해 침적코팅을 실시하는 복합피막 침적코팅단계와;
상기 복합피막 침적코팅단계 이후 탈류를 실시하는 탈류단계와;
상기 탈류단계 이후 상기 호스 클립에 복합피막을 통해 다시 침적코팅을 실시한 다음 탈류 및 건조를 실시하는 탈류건조단계와;
상기 탈류건조단계 이후 상기 호스 클립에 실리케이트계로 클리어 코팅을 실시하는 실리케이트 코팅단계를 포함하되;
상기 호스 클립 표면에서 침적을 제거하는 침적탈지단계와;
상기 침적탈지단계 이후 상기 호스 클립 표면의 산화막을 제거하는 산세처리단계와;
상기 산세처리단계 이후 전해에 발생하는 가스로 상기 호스 클립 표면에 부착되어 있는 유지막을 제거하는 전해탈지단계와;
상기 전해탈지단계 이후 쇼트를 상기 호스 클립 표면에 분사하여 표면층에 잔류 압축 응력을 발생시키고, 가공경화에 의해 상기 호스 클립을 강화시키는 숏피닝단계;를 더 포함하며,
상기 숏피닝단계 이후에 상기 복합피막 침적코팅단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 클립 제조 공정.

상기 제1탈류단계 이후에는 상기 제2복합피막 침적코팅단계를 통해 상기 호스 클립에 복합피막으로 다시 침적코팅을 실시하고,
상기 제2복합피막 침적코팅단계 이후에는 상기 제1탈류건조단계를 통해 탈류 및 건조를 실시하고,
상기 제1탈류건조단계 이후에는 상기 제1실리케이트 코팅단계를 통해 상기 호스 클립에 실리케이트계로 클리어 코팅을 실시하고,
상기 제1실리케이트 코팅단계 이후에는 상기 제2탈류단계를 통해 탈류를 실시하고,
