Claims (13)
- 엔진, 상기 엔진의 시동을 온 시키는 스타트 모터 및 발전기로 동작하는 모터-발전기, 고전압 배터리, 저전압 배터리, 상기 엔진과 상기 모터-발전기 사이에 배치된 클러치를 포함하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 장치에 있어서,
상기 엔진을 예열시키는 예열 플러그;
차량 운행 정보를 이용하여 상기 마일드 하이브리드 차량 및 타력 주행 모드를 인식하고, 상기 타력 주행 모드로 주행한 타력 주행 시간에 따라 듀티 제어 신호를 생성하는 예열 제어부; 및
상기 듀티 제어 신호에 따라 상기 저전압 배터리의 전기 에너지를 상기 예열 플러그에 공급하는 구동부

상기 고전압 배터리의 장착 여부를 나타내는 배터리 정보, 상기 모터-발전기의 사양을 나타내는 모터 정보, 가속 및 감속 페달의 작동 정보, 상기 클러치의 결합 및 해제 상태 정보 및 상기 엔진의 시동 상태 정보를 포함하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 마일드 하이브리드 차량은
컨버터 제어부에 의해 제어되고, 상기 고전압 배터리의 전기 에너지를 변환시켜 상기 저전압 배터리에 공급하는 DC/DC 컨버터를 포함하고,
상기 예열 제어부는
상기 컨버터 제어부로부터 네트워크를 통해 상기 배터리 정보를 수신받고, 상기 모터-발전기로부터 상기 네트워크를 통해 상기 모터 정보를 수신받고, 상기 배터리 정보 및 상기 모터 정보로부터 상기 마일드 하이브리드 차량을 인식하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 예열 제어부는
상기 가속 및 감속 페달의 조작이 없고, 상기 클러치가 해제된 상태이고, 상기 엔진의 시동이 오프 상태인 경우 상기 타력 주행 모드로 인식하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 예열 제어부는
상기 타력 주행 시간 별 예열 시간 정보가 저장된 룩업 테이블을 포함하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 장치. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 예열 제어부는
상기 룩업 테이블로부터 상기 타력 주행 시간에 대응하는 상기 예열 시간 정보를 추출하여 상기 듀티 제어 신호로 생성하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 장치. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 구동부는
상기 듀티 제어 신호에 따라 펄스폭 변조 신호를 생성하는 펄스 제어부; 및
상기 펄스폭 변조 신호에 따라 온/오프되어 상기 저전압 배터리의 전기 에너지를 상기 예열 플러그에 전달하는 스위칭부
를 포함하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 펄스 제어부는
상기 예열 시간 정보에 대응하는 듀티 비로 상기 펄스폭 변조 신호를 생성하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 장치. - 엔진, 상기 엔진의 시동을 온 시키는 스타트 모터 및 발전기로 동작하는 모터-발전기, 고전압 배터리, 저전압 배터리, 상기 엔진과 상기 모터-발전기 사이에 배치된 클러치를 포함하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 방법에 있어서,
차량 운행 정보를 수집하는 단계;
상기 차량 운행 정보를 이용하여 상기 마일드 하이브리드 차량을 인식하는 단계;
상기 차량 운행 정보를 이용하여 타력 주행 모드에 진입했는지 여부를 판단하는 단계;
상기 타력 주행 모드로 진입한 경우 상기 타력 주행 모드로 주행한 타력 주행 시간을 검출하는 단계;
상기 타력 주행 시간에 따라 예열 시간을 제어하는 듀티 제어 신호를 생성하는 단계; 및
상기 듀티 제어 신호에 따라 상기 저전압 배터리의 전기 에너지를 예열 플러그에 공급하는 단계
를 포함하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 방법. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 차량 운행 정보를 수집하는 단계는
상기 고전압 배터리의 장착 여부를 나타내는 배터리 정보, 상기 모터-발전기의 사양을 나타내는 모터 정보, 가속 및 감속 페달의 작동 정보, 상기 클러치의 결합 및 해제 상태 정보 및 상기 엔진의 시동 상태 정보를 수집하는 단계를 포함하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 방법. - 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 타력 주행 모드에 진입했는지 여부를 판단하는 단계는
상기 가속 및 감속 페달의 조작이 없고, 상기 클러치가 해제된 상태이고, 상기 엔진의 시동이 오프 상태를 상기 타력 주행 모드로 판단하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 방법. - 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 타력 주행 시간을 검출하는 단계는
상기 클러치가 해제되고, 상기 엔진의 시동이 오프 상태가 된 시점을 상기 타력 주행 모드의 시작 시점으로 검출하는 단계; 및
상기 클러치가 결합되고, 상기 엔진의 시동이 온 상태가 된 시점을 상기 타력 주행 모드의 종료 시점으로 검출하는 단계
를 포함하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 방법. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 저전압 배터리의 전기 에너지를 상기 예열 플러그에 공급하는 단계는
상기 듀티 제어 신호에 따라 상기 예열 시간에 대응하는 듀티 비로 펄스폭 변조 신호를 생성하는 단계; 및
상기 펄스폭 변조 신호에 따라 온/오프되는 스위칭 소자를 통해 상기 저전압 배터리의 전기 에너지를 상기 예열 플러그에 전달하는 단계
를 포함하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 예열 방법.
