Description
Claims (21)
- 500 g/mol 이상의 분자량을 갖는 폴리올레핀-기재 거대단량체 유래의 반복 단위, 및 500 g/mol 미만의 분자량을 갖는 저분자량 단량체 유래의 반복 단위를 주쇄 내에 포함하는 빗살형 중합체를 사용함으로써, 유압 유체의 하중-지지 용량을 향상시키는 방법으로,
여기서, 빗살형 중합체가 폴리올레핀-기재 거대단량체 유래의 반복 단위, 및 8 내지 17개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 스티렌 단량체, 알콜 기에 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 및 이들 단량체의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 저분자량 단량체 유래의 반복 단위를 주쇄 내에 포함하고,
여기서 몰 분지화도는 0.3 내지 3.6 mol%의 범위이고, 빗살형 중합체는 폴리올레핀-기재 거대단량체 유래의 반복 단위, 및 저분자량 단량체 유래의 반복 단위를, 반복 단위의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 총 80 중량% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 유체의 하중-지지 용량을 향상시키는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 빗살형 중합체가, 500 g/mol 이상의 분자량을 갖는 폴리올레핀-기재 거대단량체 유래의 반복 단위를 20 내지 60 중량%로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 빗살형 중합체가 스티렌 유래의 반복 단위 및 n-부틸 메타크릴레이트 유래의 반복 단위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌 유래의 반복 단위 대 n-부틸 메타크릴레이트 유래의 반복 단위의 중량비가 4:1 내지 1.5:1의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 빗살형 중합체가 분산 단량체 유래의 반복 단위를 0.5 중량% 이하로 가지며, 여기서, 분산 단량체가 헤테로시클릭 비닐 화합물 및/또는 하기 화학식 I의 에틸렌계 불포화 극성 에스테르 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:

상기 식에서, R은 수소 또는 메틸이고, X는 산소, 황 또는 화학식 -NH- 또는 -NRa-의 아미노 기 (여기서 Ra는 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼임)이고, R1은 2 내지 50개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 라디칼이고 1개 이상의 헤테로원자를 갖고, R2 및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 화학식 -COX'R1'의 기 (여기서 X'는 산소 또는 화학식 -NH- 또는 -NRa'-의 아미노 기 (여기서 Ra'는 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼임)이고, R1'은 1 내지 50개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 라디칼임)이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 빗살형 중합체의 유리 전이 온도가 20 내지 80℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유압 유체가 윤활 오일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유압 유체가 베인 펌프, 기어 펌프, 래디얼 피스톤 펌프, 액시얼 피스톤 펌프 또는 유압 모터에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 1종 이상의 윤활 오일 및
500 g/mol 이상의 분자량을 갖는 폴리올레핀-기재 거대단량체 유래의 반복 단위, 및 500 g/mol 미만의 분자량을 갖는 저분자량 단량체 유래의 반복 단위를 주쇄 내에 포함하는 1종 이상의 빗살형 중합체를 포함하는 유압 유체이며,
빗살형 중합체가 폴리올레핀-기재 거대단량체 유래의 반복 단위, 및 8 내지 17개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 스티렌 단량체, 알콜 기에 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 및 이들 단량체의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 저분자량 단량체 유래의 반복 단위를 주쇄 내에 포함하고,
여기서 몰 분지화도는 0.3 내지 3.6 mol%의 범위이고,
빗살형 중합체는 폴리올레핀-기재 거대단량체 유래의 반복 단위, 및 저분자량 단량체 유래의 반복 단위를, 반복 단위의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 총 80 중량% 이상 포함하고, 인 화합물, 및 황 및 인을 함유하는 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 마모방지 첨가제 및 극한 압력(EP) 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 유체. - 제9항에 있어서, 인 화합물이 트리알킬 포스페이트, 트리아릴 포스페이트, 아민-중화된 모노-디알킬 포스페이트, 아민-중화된 디알킬 포스페이트, 에톡실화 모노-디알킬 포스페이트, 에톡실화 디알킬 포스페이트, 포스파이트, 포스포네이트, 및 포스핀으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 황 및 인을 함유하는 화합물이 아연 C3-12디알킬디티오포스페이트 (ZnDTP), 암모늄 디알킬디티오포스페이트, 안티모니 디알킬디티오포스페이트, 몰리브덴 디알킬디티오포스페이트, 납 디알킬디티오포스페이트, 디티오인산과, 올레핀, 시클로펜타디엔, 노르보르나디엔, α-피넨, 폴리부텐, 아크릴산 에스테르, 말레산 에스테르로부터의 활성화된 이중 결합의 반응 생성물, 및 트리페닐포스포로티오네이트 (TPPT)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 빗살형 중합체 1 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 윤활 오일의 ASTM 445에 따라 40℃에서 측정된 점도가 3 mm2/s 내지 100 mm2/s의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 윤활 오일의 ASTM 445에 따라 40℃에서 측정된 점도가 13 mm2/s 내지 65 mm2/s의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 빗살형 중합체가, 500 g/mol 이상의 분자량을 갖는 폴리올레핀-기재 거대단량체 유래의 반복 단위를 20 내지 60 중량%로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 빗살형 중합체가 스티렌 유래의 반복 단위 및 n-부틸 메타크릴레이트 유래의 반복 단위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유체.
- 제16항에 있어서, 스티렌 유래의 반복 단위 대 n-부틸 메타크릴레이트 유래의 반복 단위의 중량비가 4:1 내지 1.5:1의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 빗살형 중합체가 분산 단량체 유래의 반복 단위를 0.5 중량% 이하로 가지며, 여기서, 분산 단량체가 헤테로시클릭 비닐 화합물 및/또는 하기 화학식 I의 에틸렌계 불포화 극성 에스테르 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유체:
