Abstract
Description
Claims (28)
- a) Tg < 20℃ 및 5 k 내지 30 k 달톤의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖고,
복수의 펜던트 에틸렌계 불포화, 자유 라디칼 중합성 작용기 및 펜던트 하이드록실 기를 갖는 용질 (메트)아크릴로일 올리고머 - 상기 용질 (메트)아크릴로일 올리고머는
i. 50 중량부 초과의 (메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르 단량체 단위,
ii. 10 중량부 내지 49 중량부의 하이드록실-작용성 단량체 단위,
iii. 펜던트 아크릴레이트기를 갖는 1 중량부 내지 10 중량부의 단량체 단위,
iv. 0 중량부 내지 20 중량부의 극성 단량체 단위,
v. 0 중량부 내지 10 중량부의 실란-작용성 단량체 단위를 포함하고,
단량체 단위의 합은 100 중량부임 -;
b) 희석 단량체 성분
c) 광 개시제, 및
d) 요변제
를 포함하고,
추가의 가교결합제를 포함하지 않는 경화성 접착제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 50 중량부 초과의 용질 올리고머 및 50 중량부 미만의 희석 단량체 성분을 포함하는 경화성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올리고머의 (메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르 단량체 단위의 알칸올은 C10-C14의 평균 탄소 개수를 갖는 경화성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희석 단량체 성분은:
80 중량부 내지 100 중량부의 (메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르 단량체;
0 중량부 내지 20 중량부의 하이드록시-작용성 단량체;
0 중량부 내지 5 중량부의 극성 단량체;
0 중량부 내지 2 중량부의 실란 작용성 단량체 - 희석 단량체 성분의 단량체의 합은 100 중량부임 - 를 포함하는 경화성 접착제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 올리고머는 다음의 화학식을 가지며:
~[M에스테르]a-[MOH]b*-[M극성]c-[M실일]e- [M아크릴]d-, 여기서
-[M에스테르]-는 혼성중합된 (메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르 단량체 단위를 나타내고;
-[MOH]-는 펜던드 하이드록시기를 갖는 혼성중합된 (메트)아크릴로일 단량체 단위를 나타내며,
-[M극성]-은 혼성중합된 극성 단량체 단위를 나타내며;
[M아크릴]은 펜던트 중합성 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 혼성중합된 (메트)아크릴로일 단량체 단위를 나타내고;
[M실일]은 실란-작용성 단량체를 나타내고,
아래 첨자 a, b*, c, d 및 e는 각각의 단량체 단위의 중량부를 나타내는 경화성 접착제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 접착제 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 1 nm 내지 100 nm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 금속 옥사이드 입자를 추가로 포함하는 경화성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록실-작용성 단량체는 경화성 조성물의 올리고머 및 희석제 단량체 성분의 조합이 6.5 ×10-4 몰 OH/g 초과의 하이드록실 함량을 갖도록 하는 양으로 사용되는 경화성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올리고머는 단열 중합 공정에 의해 제조되는 경화성 접착제 조성물.
- 하나 이상의 주 표면을 갖는 제1 기재;
하나 이상의 주 표면을 갖는 제2 기재; 및
제1 기재의 하나 이상의 주 표면 및 제2 기재의 하나 이상의 주 표면과 접촉하고, 이들 사이에 배치된 제1항의 경화성 접착제 조성물을 포함하는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트. - 제10항에 있어서, 제1 기재, 제2 기재, 또는 제1 기재 및 제2 기재 둘 모두는 디스플레이 패널, 터치 패널, 광학 필름, 커버 렌즈 또는 창유리로부터 선택되는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 광학 필름은 반사기, 편광기, 거울, 눈부심 방지 또는 반사 방지 필름, 파편 방지 필름(anti-splinter film), 확산기, 또는 전자기 간섭 필터로부터 선택되는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 제10항에 있어서, 경화성 접착제 조성물은 100 μm 초과의 두께를 갖는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 제10항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 기재가 폴리카보네이트 또는 폴리(메틸)메타크릴레이트인 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 하나 이상의 주 표면을 갖는 제1 기재;
하나 이상의 주 표면을 갖는 제2 기재; 및
제1 기재의 하나 이상의 주 표면 및 제2 기재의 하나 이상의 주 표면과 접촉하고, 이들 사이에 배치된 제1항의 경화성 접착제 조성물 - 접착제는 수증기 투과율(moisture-vapor transmission rate)이 400 g/m2/일 이상임 - 을 포함하는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트. - (i) 제1항의 경화성 접착제 조성물을 제공하는 단계,
(ii) 중합에 앞서 단량체의 중량에 대해 85 중량% 내지 99 중량%의 중합체로의 단량체의 변환도, 및 20℃에서 1,000 mPas 내지 500,000 mPas의 브룩필드 점도를 나타내는 부분적으로 중합된 혼합물을 제공하기 위해 상기 조성물을 부분적으로 중합하는 단계,
(iii) 상기 올리고머의 하이드록실 작용성 단량체 단위의 일부를 펜던트 중합성 (메트)아크릴레이트기로 변환하는 단계,
(iv) 방사선-경화성 조성물을 제공하기 위하여 하나 이상의 광개시제 및 용매 희석 단량체를 부분적으로 중합된 혼합물에 첨가하는 단계,
(iv) 그 후에, 방사선-경화성 조성물을 기재 상에 코팅하는 단계, 및
(v) 접착제를 제공하기 위하여 방사선-경화성 조성물을 화학 조사에 노출시켜 이를 추가로 중합하는 단계를 포함하는 접착제를 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요변제는 경화성 접착제 조성물의 총 중량에 대해서 2 내지 10 중량%의 건식 실리카인, 경화성 접착제 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 요변제는 소수성 건식 실리카인, 경화성 접착제 조성물.
