Abstract
본 발명에 따른 컴팩트 메탄올 개질기는 중앙부에 위치하는 버너부; 상기 버너부 외측에 형성되며, 메탄올과 H2O(l)을 포함하는 원료가 공급되는 원료 공급부; 상기 공급된 원료를 기화시키는 예열부; 상기 원료 공급부 외측 하부에 형성되어, 기화된 원료에 포함된 메탄올을 개질하는 개질부; 및 상기 원료 공급부 외측 상부에 형성되어, 개질부 배출가스에 포함된 일산화탄소를 메탄가스로 변환시키는 메탄화부;를 포함하고, 상기 예열부는 상기 개질부 및 메탄화부 중 하나 이상을 상하 관통하는 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 삭제
- 중앙부에 위치하는 버너부;
상기 버너부 외측에 형성되며, 메탄올과 H2O(l)을 포함하는 원료가 공급되는 원료 공급부;
상기 공급된 원료를 기화시키는 예열부;
상기 원료 공급부 외측 하부에 형성되어, 기화된 원료에 포함된 메탄올을 개질하는 개질부; 및
상기 원료 공급부 외측 상부에 형성되어, 개질부 배출가스에 포함된 일산화탄소를 메탄가스로 변환시키는 메탄화부;를 포함하고,
상기 예열부는 상기 메탄화부를 관통하는 형태로 형성되고,
상기 개질부와 메탄화부 외측에 형성되되 개질부와 메탄화부에 이격되도록 형성되고, 상기 기화된 원료를 혼합하여 상기 개질부에 공급하는 원료 혼합부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 메탄올 개질기.

- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 개질부에서 수증기에 의한 메탄올 개질 반응 및 수성가스전이반응(water-gas-shift reaction)이 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 메탄올 개질기.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 개질부에는 Cu계 촉매가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트 메탄올 개질기.
